I just received a shipping notification from AliExpress, with an estimated delivery date of May 28. We'll see. My Banggood order hasn't changed, still claims shipping by June 2. If both show up, I may keep them both for a while in case something fails or breaks. I don't think Coolbank customer service will be at 100% right away. Someone in Australia posted on Facebook that he'd received his and liked it.

I have yet to get a refund out of aliexpress. The Chicom crooks sent we the wrong items, I think intentionally, and even said in messages they would give a refund but I had to dispute with my credit card.
I will not spend high dollar amounts with those sites ever again. Only small orders at a time and not more than I expect to loose because it takes months for a dispute to run its course and hope you get your money back.

As they say in Las Vegas, never bet what you can't afford to lose! That's my philosophy when online ordering from untried sources. Only rarely have I had bad luck.

I'm in the same place, got the email but selected "wait" and they say it will ship by 6-2. I've found banggood to better about this than aliexpress, A.E. usually ends up refunding the loot, but BG usually comes through and ships the item.

I tried and gave up on the refund from banggood as well. You hit the refund key on the email it just takes you to your account and there's no refund option there. The option at the top right is deleted orders not delete order

Well, SOMEBODY's gonna send me a Stuart!

I doubled my options, ordered one at Banggood and one at AliExpress. As of today, 5/16 here are the statuses: The order status at Banggood says it will ship no later than 6/2. I also tried to cancel the order, was unsuccessful and decided to let it ride. AliExpress order status says it will ship by 5/22, with a disclaimer that if it's delayed a refund will be issued. For me this is a no lose situation. If both come through, I'm confident I'll be able to sell the second one to someone!

    1. Logon to your BangGood account.
    2. Go to "My order". Your active order should show up.
    3. "cancel orders" button is at the upper right hand side.
I believe someone messed up this BangGood listing. The fact that they offer to ship with battery, one or two, says surface or sea shipping. But the estimated delivery time is their Express/Air shipping. If I am willing to wait, I may get the sea shipped Stuart tank in a few months with some broken parts.

No sure what Coolbank Wang is talking about. The USA BangGood is sell an 1:28 scale RC MD500.

Mine still says the 31st of May, but I did order pretty early. My guess is that they have sold out of their initial container which is going to cause the delay. I didn't get any message saying there would be a delay.

SoCalBobS I couldn't find the post either. There was a that controversy with the Hetzer they posted at the same time that ended up being from Warprints. They used his design without permission so maybe they deleted the whole thread as damage control.

I only found this post from another FB page:

The Paypal payment has been processed and received by a company of different name in Hong Kong. This give me more confidence that I might receive the Stuart RC tank soon.

I just received an email from Banggood stating delivery would be delayed due to high demand. Two options were offered; refund or wait. I opted for refund and then went to AliExpress and ordered one. My thinking? First, the Banggood price was so low, and with free shipping I couldn't see how they could fulfill it. Second, the AliExpress store is Coolbank's site, so I'm sure it will have priority in filling orders. Ah well, it was worth a try. Banggood will probably eventually get them, but when? The positive side? If there is so much demand, this will motivate Coolbank to develop more items!

Milspec1, tank_me: early teaser pictures of the M5 included an M8 howitzer version. However, I can't find it now.

Both BangGood and CoolBank Model Store list the M5 Stuart RC tank as "Pre-sale". If the tanks are being made in Taiwan, the estimated shipping date may not be firm. Clearing customer may take sometime. I suspect all the orders may be shipped about the same time. But don't hold your breath.
