Sad they were discontinued. Wondering if they ever upgraded the fan to the one found today in the Freewing F-16 V2.

F104 with trolley car
Bought me this one very much used.
Had to put in my own EDF unit 4068-1835Kv motor and 12 blade metal housing. weight is 502 gram and ESC, only ailerons and elevator are connected,
weight of plane is around 3200 grams.
Flew this evening with it and had a lot of wing rock, dried to adjust the gyro, is a NX3 with remote gain.
My CG is before wing screw and LE, tried to get CG a bit more to the front...but with the windy conditions I could not get the wing rock down.....
Just before sunset wind calmed and I flew again adjusting gain and I think it was much better know...
Will see tomorrow, seems that wind will be better for test flying.
Also I moved aileron linkages to most inner hole on servo arm.
So for me at the moment my finding is that this Starfighter doesn't like windy conditions.....
