Great photos shoot!! Love the entire mucky weathered cold look of the tank and environmental.

              • The sand being thrown up by the tracks makes this photo one of the most realistist ones I have seen. Great job!

                • I know, I know, it isn't as dramatic as MrChef's photos, but it's the best we could do in "sunny Southern California"!

Anyway, it's always good to be prepared with winter camo tanks...

We had a "graupel" event here in San Diego. Rare, similar to hail.
Twenty six tanks, and not done yet!

                  • Looks great Bob. Here in sunny Florida we have the same "problem: of no snow. Once for a winter photo shoot, I used flour on the diorama. Actually, looked pretty decent.

I would have but I only had two half charged batteries on hand and installed. One in the GX and the other in my M51-L7. And well snow in SoCal doesn't last but a few minutes.....LoL. Just grabbed what was in front of me.

That's actually an M50. The main visual difference is the gun. The M50 used a 75mm gun, the M51 used the much larger and longer 105mm gun.

                                  • The big difference in the M50 is it uses the round 75mm Sherman turret and a smaller 75mm gun with a small break, the M51 uses the 76mm T23 Sherman turret and that massive 105mm gun with the big muzzle break.

You need a set of these. T84 chevron 3D "engineering resin" printed pads on Tamiya linkages and guide teeth. Basically swapping out Tamiya pads for T84 chevrons.
