Usually climbing as speed increases (not just hitting the throttle quickly) is that you are nose heavy and carrying a lot of up trim. Thrust line issues are rare and I don't think anyone has said that their L-39 has a thrust line issue.

Yes, this is one awesome plane, mine even with the old outrunner is a stunner.

I’m glad you like the L-39, I have numerous flights on this airframe, two years old, and it never fails. Relatively fast yet slow, performs beautiful aerobatics, and is very predictable. I have a GPS in it and it clocks in on the fast side around 95+mph. If I want a fast mover I fly my F-4.

          Hi,

After the experience of loading the model before Maiden flight, I decided to make a simple transport platform.....

the main reason was that there was no way I could properly store the wheelchair so that there was no danger of damaging the model....and this is how it was solved.

I received my camo 80mm L-39 today and I've got some questions:
                    • I have 2 throttle leads; 1 is a regular 3 wire and the other has only 1 signal wire where are they plugged in?
                    • it has the newer in-runner: 3658-2150kv and a 100A ESC...does anyone know who makes it? and what's the easiest way to program it?
                    • is anyone using the reversible braking and how do you set it up?
                    • what timing selection is best for the 2150kv motor?
                    • The blue box is the E1712... is this the one with the issues?
                    Thanks in advance,
                    Bill

The single wire is the reverse lead. Plug it in an open channel on your receiver and have a switch work that channel -100/+100. You should have gotten a paper instruction sheet with the plane. If not it's available on Motions site. Default timing works great.

None of the "blue boxes" have issues. Have a couple people had problems? Sure but no more than any other electronic item.

Back on Page 1, many moons ago Spitfire4life mentioned some 3d files to upgrade the plane and can’t seem to find them or any new ones done since - note just joined and planning to purchase the L-39 so I’m the ultimate newbie…. Any help is appreciated!!!
