      • I made 6 flight this evening, fly's absolutely great! Stock setup and gyro, i moved the CG a little bit backwards, had to push elevator a bit too much inverted to my liking, way better now. Build went ok, only the gyro corrected in the wrong way on rudder.. luckily i bought the program box as well..
Here is a short video of the maiden flight

Just a few mm back, in total i moved my battery 10mm back during multiple flights, i think it can go even further back, but it flew fine the way it is... might experiment more when weather permits..

                • James Where do i find the esc programming manual? This one makes different beeps and there is no manual linked in the support section.

                  • I got a paper copy with my spare parts Esc. If they don’t have a link I can snap a picture.

                    • I think the Product Update on the gyro is wrong. It says if you pitch the nose up, the gyro should correct with right rudder. Shouldn't it be down elevator?

I really appreciate you taking a picture. This is the same one that i found online but it isn't quite right and doesn't match the ESC that mine came with.

                              • What’s different? It is what I used to change settings on the spare parts one I got.

                                • Do I need servo extensions if I bypass the blue box?

                                  • Many. If you are bypassing the MCBe you are bypassing the ribbon cables to the wings and to the tail, you'll need extensions for the ailerons and flaps from the back side of the root ribbon connector into the fuselage plus Y's and also extensions for the elevator and rudder servos plus a Y for the elevators. And if you want to bypass the MCBe for the landing gear and lights it's a lot tougher as you'll need a sequencer and something to power the lights.

Hi, I was wondering the same thing and hope someone would say how. Since the wires are coming out of the gyro, I look to see if there is a set-up video on the gyro. James from Motion RC has a video on it and shows how to plug it into your receiver. Hope that helps.

                                      • Didn’t you get the manual for the gyro?

                                        • Yep, I did. I haven't put the plane together yet and didn't even think about looking at the manual for the gyro. Come to think of it, I have two manual for the gyro because I bought the program box for the gyro if the correction is backwards.
