Maiden completed today on a 6s 5000 admiral, couldn’t believe it, I did a 4 minute flight and it came back at 83% I carried on with another 5 minutes and ended up with 50% left, 9 minutes on the same battery, fantastic even though it was half throttle for the two flights, more than happy with the quality, scale and flying characteristics. Well worth the money, decals are great, strong and easy to apply. Thanks Motion.

Hey Marcopolo! Congrats on your maiden. Those of us across the pond are waiting for our deliveries, which will be soon I hope. Any chance you got some video of your flights that you would be willing to share? I really love what Wes and the other folks at Motion do, but it would be nice to see some more from a customer perspective. Great pictures btw!

I'm embarrassed to say we now have ANOTHER delay with the B-25 due to a different governmental agency who wants to inspect our shipment. As you know, the initial USA shipment of FlightLine B-25 was chosen by US Customs for a random VACIS inspection. This inspection was completed without issue on August 9th. This delay was frustrating but understandable. Normally, the container would arrive at Motion RC shortly after this US Customs inspection but a different governing body (the CPSC) has decided they want to do an exam which is going to cause another 2 week delay. The second inspection is not related to the first inspection. We sincerely apologize! We've never had any shipment subject to 2 different exams in the history of Motion RC. The shipment has been in the USA since late July but will see another 2 week delay for this second inspection. We currently expect the B-25 shipment to arrive at Motion RC at the end of August. I'm so sorry for the delay and embarrassed I have to keep pushing the arrival date back.

I'm okay with whatever must be done as long as those inspecting the contents don't use my Mitchell as a step ladder.

Okay, I have been patiently, somewhat, waiting for the arrival of the B-25s. My experience with pre-orders has usually not gone well, though it did with the Tigercat. I had to look up CPSC and find out exactly what that agency is. Good Grief. The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (USCPSC, CPSC, or commission) is an independent agency of the United States government. The CPSC seeks to promote the safety of consumer products by addressing "unreasonable risks" of injury. WIth all of the crap coming into this country that present choking hazards and poison hazards to our children, why would they be interested in RC airplanes?

While waiting I have set up a Spektrum 8 channel receiver with a Hobby Eagle A3 Super 4 gyro for installation. I just wish the you tube build videos and manuals would give a better idea as to how much room is in the battery compartment. I am trying to assess if it would be better to use a Spektrum 8 channel receiver with AS3X to decrease the wiring control issue.

Thanks Tom. I'm sure we all appreciate the information on the 2nd inspection and the delay (again) in shipping. Don't like it, but that's the way it is. I hope that I will loose this bet, but I'm betting with the long container voyage, a CBP inspection and now a Consumer Product Safety Commission inspection there will be more than a handful of missing parts, scratches, dents and deformities. I have had my share of bad experiences with federal inspections. MRC probably already has a "game plan" to re-inspect every single one that was opened for inspection, prior to shipping out to customers, at least I hope so. Scratches, dents, warped wings, missing parts... I don't think I would want to be manning the MRC Customer Service lines in September :). Like Elbee, I just hope they don't use mine as a step ladder or a break room table and that's before it gets to FedEx which seems to love doing container stress tests just to see how many holes they can put in a box before it pops open and has to be taped closed again.
Of course the feds will not open and inspect every single box. Mine is WAY in the back of the container. Sorry for the rest of you guys
