I suspect that it is surface mail vs. air mail difference.

Every few plastic 1/16 RTR tank can survive surface shipping without breaking parts. tank_me and @SoCaBobs are both waiting for BangGood delivery. We should know in 2 months.

Just preordered an M5, so as soon as it arrives I'll do a box opening video. A while back I picked up a Ural with trailer and I'm thinking about swapping the cab for a WWII style, if the M5 fits the trailer well that will become a reality. Eventually.

BTW, I've done a fair amount of business with Banggood with no serious problems, but I still always pay with paypal. Better safe than screwed-out-of-your-money. The last thing I bought from them was the Ural w/trailer and it arrived undamaged. Another good one is Hobby King, I just got some batteries and a couple of the latest T6 radios, which are back in stock. Under $30 for a decent 6ch tx is OK with me. Yeah, you have to buy the programming cable, but I did that long ago, back when they were still orange.

Just ordered one through banggood but I didn't notice the two battery option until after I ordered. Hope I can find batteries for it.

I'm pretty sure it comes with one battery. The price doesn't change until you select the 2 battery option. I just hope you can take the battery out for charging, unlike the M60.

May 12: Just checked my Banggood order for the M5 Stuart. It was originally listed as "estimated shipping by May 14". It's now listed as May 30. I don't mind waiting if it really will materialize, but not indefinitely. So, the first buyer that actually gets a shipping notification from either Banggood or AliExpress, kindly let the rest of us know. I'll switch in a heartbeat if so!

Both BangGood and CoolBank Model Store list the M5 Stuart RC tank as "Pre-sale". If the tanks are being made in Taiwan, the estimated shipping date may not be firm. Clearing customer may take sometime. I suspect all the orders may be shipped about the same time. But don't hold your breath.

I just received an email from Banggood stating delivery would be delayed due to high demand. Two options were offered; refund or wait. I opted for refund and then went to AliExpress and ordered one. My thinking? First, the Banggood price was so low, and with free shipping I couldn't see how they could fulfill it. Second, the AliExpress store is Coolbank's site, so I'm sure it will have priority in filling orders. Ah well, it was worth a try. Banggood will probably eventually get them, but when? The positive side? If there is so much demand, this will motivate Coolbank to develop more items!

The Paypal payment has been processed and received by a company of different name in Hong Kong. This give me more confidence that I might receive the Stuart RC tank soon.

Mine still says the 31st of May, but I did order pretty early. My guess is that they have sold out of their initial container which is going to cause the delay. I didn't get any message saying there would be a delay.

SoCalBobS I couldn't find the post either. There was a that controversy with the Hetzer they posted at the same time that ended up being from Warprints. They used his design without permission so maybe they deleted the whole thread as damage control.

No sure what Coolbank Wang is talking about. The USA BangGood is sell an 1:28 scale RC MD500.

1. Logon to your BangGood account.
2. Go to "My order". Your active order should show up.
3. "cancel orders" button is at the upper right hand side.

I believe someone messed up this BangGood listing. The fact that they offer to ship with battery, one or two, says surface or sea shipping. But the estimated delivery time is their Express/Air shipping. If I am willing to wait, I may get the sea shipped Stuart tank in a few months with some broken parts.
