Interesting post there Dr Okon since I already have secured and cured aluminum oxide coated copper magnet wire terminated with pure silver solder and running quite well.

Why not insulate and wind pure Ag? Thermal conductivity 429 W/(m⋅K) the electrical resistivity is 15.87 nΩ⋅m (at 20 °C)

Cu is 401 W/(m⋅K) its electrical resistivity is 16.78 nΩ⋅m (at 20 °C)

Al 237 W/(m⋅K) electrical resistivity 26.5 nΩ⋅m (at 20 °C)

Clearly the silver coil is what will allow you to run the most compact and power dense machine. If you increase stator volume for Al the weight advantage of the AL coiled motor is lost and it is also the worst conductor and has the lowest thermal conductivity of the three.

Diese wurden perfekt für einen HK 50er Scorpion entwickelt. Sie bestehen aus einem Carbonyl/PLA-Verbundwerkstoff, sind halbmagnetisch und verlustarm. Dies kann den Stromverbrauch der Maschinen im Leerlauf und im Betrieb reduzieren und so die Effizienz steigern. Sie schützen außerdem die Rotormagnete. Die richtigen Ultraschallfrequenzen können zudem Kavitationsschäden an der Kugel verursachen. Dieser Draht kann auch spiralförmig um jeden Wicklungskopf gewickelt werden und bietet so eine zusätzliche elektromagnetische Abschirmung.

Er zeigt Ihnen ein Papier, das darauf hindeutet, dass die Unzulänglichkeiten der Handwicklung durch die Verwendung von gepresstem Litzendraht, wie beispielsweise seinem 41LMT, überwunden werden können. Dieser hat diesen bereits und läuft nicht besser als der konventionell gewickelte High-End-Motor. Die Nutleckage (offene Nuten) und das Rotorgewicht des kleinen Motors machen jeden kleinen Vorteil zunichte. Deshalb ist der Motor in seiner Klasse auch nicht effizienter als andere. Er verwendet außerdem kein wärmeleitendes Spulenepoxid oder Aluminiumdraht. Wo ist das in seiner Maschine?

Warum sollte die gesamte Bastlerwelt sie nach seinem Modell bauen, ohne einen signifikanten Leistungsvorteil zu sehen? Die LITZ-Idee wäre cool, wenn die Anwendung tatsächlich Grundfrequenzen über einem Kilohertz erreichen würde, aber diese „Hochgeschwindigkeits“-Motoren, wie die von Dr. Okon, erreichen diese Werte nicht einmal annähernd. Brusa von den Bayerischen Motorenwerken hat bereits eine Studie veröffentlicht, die den minimalen Vorteil von LITZ-gepressten Wicklungen gegenüber Haarnadelwicklungen, die in den AC-Steckplatz passen, zeigt. Der 4225 Scorpion hatte eine höhere Leistungsdichte als sein 4125. Dies ist eine Tatsache, die auf den GSM-Berichten basiert.
Die Arbeiten gehen nicht auf die Unterschiede bei offenen Steckplätzen ein.

California Fine Wire says the largest I can get silver magnet wire is 22 awg. I told them to send me a quote For 100 feet. You could could dip pre cut lengths also.

The OG pyro is in the attachments. The unfinished wye coils are 7 turns and they can be from 15 to 13 AWG! and then have as much copper in the slot as your dual layer dinosaur.

Do you understand Moore's law as it applies to electronics technology Dr Okon? Then you may begin to understand that the hybrid winding is nearly 10 years old now...
