The Maxon P32 from Neutronics Motors is a 3.7 to 1 planetary so I dont have to wind for 44,000 rpm on the 600 sized outrunners. 😀 Its not too bad if this small package can deliver 4kW mechanical. I know in the 7 to 1 the pyro 600 can certainly do that from powering large 2 meter F3A planes and contra coaxial 20 x 23 pitched props.

You can see in real life the Xnova 3225 and p32 3.7 planetary flange and pinion weighs 304.3 grams before the shaft was cut here in America

This and the new carbon fiber turbo cool 32mm spinner from Rudi fits my Speedfire2 perfectly. I purchased it from soaring USA. Itz zero camber but have the 6 degree on the way. 🙈🙉🙊

Peek A boo I see you!!! Here is the all billet 90 that does 7.2 hp at 32,000 rpm. I have alot of the prints but you couldn't build it even if I gave them to you. Every piece down to the piston, rods, needle bearings and self metering .625 bore carbs was built by the late James Allen. Another "black troll".......

I doubt you'll find this type of bell valve induction system in anything you've seen. It allows for much longer intake timing. But ne way..

The bolt circle for the P32 Maxon is 27mm. The motors are not so you have to be able to quickly adapt. You could do this piece in Aluminum and tap it for the 2mm gear box bolts the motor bolts but ill print it and add a hex recess detail on the hidden side of the 3d model that the gearbox bolts anchor to. The piece is locked onto the face of the motor with the pinion mounted in place then the 4 2 mm gearbox bolt mount the gearbox to the motor. The firewall mount calls for a 27mm bolt circle as well.

The motor 4 bolt circle is (3mm bore) x 25mm the P32 is (2mm bore) x 27mm . The flange is approximately 6mm thick the od is 33mm the Id is 19mm the 3mm motor bores are countersunk 3mm and have and od of 5.37mm . I made it so thee aluminum endplate for the gearbox that has a shoulder fits snugly in the adapter flange so it is centered fairly well with equal clearance around the pinion. You need the backplate to keep the gearbox grease in.

The geared outrunner is realized. It all went together smoothly and turns very freely. You see we can easily adapt it to the pyro 600 I just need the 6mm shaft stepped down to 5mm. This is real life not fallacy into the forums. You can see with your own eyes the adaptation is simple with the P32 3.7 to 1.

I guess Ralph is buzy hanging Christmas ornaments.. 😄

and if you do not fix the gearcase with screw at the motor, just take a ballbearing and let the gearcase rotate by it self , you will get a Brenner drive with 3,7 x 2 =7,4:1 gear ratio and contra rotating propellers. So easy that the reptile group can not build such drive.

I did notice that spinning it in my hand. The Brenner coax is a 7 - 1 so that's very close. But I did not know the ratio changes that way. 😀 When the V5 releases with Clugh wound pyros . Not being funny but I'm buying a Lego technic set seriously because it really does explain it to the goof troop. And you can animate it...for the grade schoolers... and dazzle like holiday ornaments

Christian do not post the contra coaxial gear drive amendment here. Lets save that for the Super chief 4.1 that is on the way and do 8.2 to 1 coax with the in runners for the troop. 8mm shaft and hi torq pinion😉

Sie wiegen mindestens 329,4 Gramm ohne den Spinner und das Joch, das Sie montiert haben.... Der Motor wiegt 239 Gramm, der Flansch 16,4 Gramm und das Getriebe 74 Gramm, zusammengerechnet sind Spinnerjoch und 6-mm-Ritzel nicht inbegriffen.

Der Pyro-Antrieb ist sogar noch leichter und ein Maxon P32 hat Spezifikationen für 50.000 U/min, der Superchief 40.000
