Well if a person believes in a product BUY it. I never expect a hand out anyway . He isnt starting to look silly he is silly and has been! The Dresden wont even telll you his measured parameters because he doesn't want his motor in the hobbyist calculators to verify his reports. Tell Konsta I said hello and what I need is control information on the DC excited flux switch 12N8P. I already have the best FOC controllers one could get in hobby. Hargrave is also premium. For WOT applications I wont turn from the six step. No data has been offered to make me think otherwise. I dont need a foc inverter to succeed/ My pyros run on six step drives..



I addressed a real sinus drive at the power levels they need. I get FOC but they have no use for the small drive and the tech probably will not win the much at wise open throttle. Even DTC which is a form of FOC uses a bang bang algorithm. 6 steps basically time by flux and a predictive model model.

SEW EURO is real FOC u see in industry. I've commissioned 74 kW FOC drives at Daimler many times.

Ralph issues have nothing to do with the inverter commutation scheme. His problem has always been the same. The motors are spent! They have gone as far as they can with no amendments to the wind or the stator cut. the magnets are too much that's why ferrous metal will stick to the side of the scorpion bell. any hobbyist can easily test that with a scorpion.

The stator is at the knee quickly!


Ralphs Probleme haben nichts mit dem Wechselrichter-Kommutierungsschema zu tun. Sein Problem war immer das gleiche. Die Motoren sind verbraucht! Sie sind so weit gekommen, wie sie konnten, ohne Änderungen an der Wicklung oder dem Statorschnitt vorzunehmen. Es gibt zu viele Magnete, deshalb bleibt Eisenmetall an der Seite der Skorpionglocke haften. Jeder Bastler kann das problemlos mit einem Skorpion testen.

Its all I simulated sinus in a digital world anyway. A good motor would run well with basically any drive. Even scorpion understands that. World class F3A are using well tuned six step drives from Adam. They put alot of emphasis on setting the brakes optimally.

Germany also already has great sinus drives. The Kontronic Kosmic is an example. The YGE was never better at any point. The 7455's were run with MGM comp pro and you see the pitiful torque out put with the big paper weights. The motors are as they are.

Hey Christian, Steve hat mir geschrieben und wollte, dass ich ein paar Dinge über ein F5B-Flugzeug bedenke, das mit über 200 Meilen pro Stunde fliegt.

Es gibt einige Herausforderungen, wenn Sie sich mit einem F5B-Flugzeug in den Bereich von über 200 Meilen pro Stunde wagen – einige davon werden Ihnen begegnen:

1) Servos werden überlastet und können die aerodynamischen Kräfte auf den Steuerflächen nicht überwinden – die Lösung sind kleinere Steuerflächen und stärkere Servos.
2) Flattern – die Lösung sind sehr steife und kleine Steuerflächen.

Christian ill have to incorporate these in the 3 wing hydroplane The are as thin as the motor shaft on the 2260! The smaller ones are as strong as a standard Futaba the flap servos are 211 oz at 8.4 volts.

this are very good servos and realy good to use to control the fly level in the hydroplane . Have also look for a flight controler . You know we human are to slow , spezial when we are olde like me.

Christian, das EDM ist das Beste, was ich bisher gesehen habe. Für mich ist es die bevorzugte Methode. Ich möchte auch das ferritische Sphärogusseisen verarbeiten lassen. Das EDM kann den Rohling perfekt schneiden.

Wenn Sie mir erlauben würden, mir den Reluktanz-Außenrotor anzusehen, wäre das das Interessanteste, was man seit Jahren im Motorforum sehen kann. Wenn Sie sich erinnern, habe ich Sie vor langer Zeit nach dem Potenzial des SRM gefragt. Ich habe immer noch Kostas Papier und verstehe, wie er seine Antriebskoeffizienten mithilfe der Messung des blockierten Rotors erhält.

Ich muss einen ähnlichen Rotor für einen Flussschalter bauen.
