Mr Sharpe reminds me of James Chris. He is up there at least 20 years older than me like you but he moves around as you can see like a 20 year old in the video. He is lean and in excellent health. He is another extremely brilliant ME that I'm sure God has put in my path for higher learning. He likes concepts and new ideas so I'm actually excited about where we could go from here. We're talking about alot of things I cannot share here. I will not miss any opportunities to take what he gives in experience. Masters are always learning. That is a key difference between them and a said expert. He really reminds me of you Jim and time.....I promise on my heart I wont waste it or the knowledge shared. Maybe he was sent to fix things and make it right because he has done everything he has promised and then some. Its funny about the bearings because you know Ive been trying to teach Ralph about them for 6 years. When Brenner contacted me about the collaboration for a new coaxial drive one of the first things i asked him was what kind of bearings does he run and i recommend he upgrade to hybrids he was already there. In his motor building system that I've taken over for his drive not only do we use hybrid bearing but for the extreme before shipment to us we have them prepared with a UDL before a special grease is added by Brenner or Me. These bearing can run dry and are not affected. They last forever so all you have to do is remove the non contact seal clean and re lubricate with the special grease.. The ABEC 7 bearings spec to 70,000 rpm . Since I already know how to remove even the metal contact shields and rebuild bearing were very fine here in America with our silly bearings. You don't have to replace bearings every time you have a motor refurbished.

Powercroco on the other hand is going to give you an 8 dollar standard steel NMB bearing in a 1000 euro speed drive for a 10,000 plane. Its crazy! We do this to motors that cost 230.00 at the customers request of a master rebuild. UDL adds about 15 dollars to the cost of each bearing. Yes for 3 that will add about 100 dollars total but here are the benefits on top of being electrically insulating to the shaft.. and no replacement needed. Any fool can look at the specifications in load rating of a ceramic ball versus a steel one... any one that thinks they perceive axial or radial shock the same way as a steel ball doesn't know anything at all about a ball bearing or materials.

            In America we have options.

                  Hi Powercroco,
The proto type winding u see here is ugly by our standards, but there is a 67% increase in copper cross section over OEM in the slot here and i needed to make sure it fit for the first time. That is more copper cross section than the factory Kontronics Black competition machine. It is an 8 + 8 of 17 AWG . I'm doing it again on the untouched stator I showed you earlier. On the prototype winding I didn't get the 6 + 6 foundation I wanted so it ended up a bit disjunct with a 6+5 then 2+3 to finish so the coils don't lay down as pretty.. However it runs very well and It has been tested by the current number 2 F3A Pilot in the world Andrew Jesky. Here is what he had to say about it to Brenner running it with his VLV counter rotational coaxial drive . Its a little over 400 grams Ralph....🤡

                  "Hey Hugh,
I spoke to Andrew Jesky about your engine and he is very happy with it. He says the kv is exactly what he needs and the efficiency is excellent. I asked him if he had some numbers he could share with me and he said he did and he promised to send them to me when he got home. He is still busy with the new baby so I may have to remind him.
                  "

Im still thinking about buying a plane from marcus and letting Andrew have a shot at the fastest electric speed plane record in the world. I wonder does he have time to goto Germany and fly me. Brenner suggest I ask him Ralph....

Are you not aware I can draw a fuselage just like this and build a plug myself Ralph?? Id just have Brenner design my wing and maybe a suitable contra drive for it. Understand this Ralph! You are the one that needs to study in detail because we are very capable of something like this. Marcus builds a beautiful plane and is not part of this "war" 🙄 nevertheless. Anyone can by a plane from him. He assured me.

Hallo Okon!

                                  Thank you

                                    • I dont care to wind the egodrift even though I can because Vincent Offenbeck didn't keep his word to provide me a raw stack. If you read the thread you can do the math why I never received the stack so I'm reluctant to wind one.

                                      Hi

Do I understand correctly that you'd like a "kit" to wind the motor yourself?

All our motors are hand-wound, so there is no performance benefit to be gained from winding it yourself, but if you're interested in doing it for the fun, feel free to drop me a PM and I'll see what we can do

                                      best regards

                                      Vincent

You know none of its true because it was stated that he provided custom winds for the pilot so clearly he doesn't want outside winders making a dime off the motor so I wont. The statement nothing can be gained isnt true as they only wind a delta or wye dual layer machine and it is hardly a full bobbin. I dont care for the way they do things like for the power rating of the 5040 speed they list "enough" for the weight they have TBD so you see some one doesn't want you to have clear view beside the other motors. This is the only reason id wind one is to see where it truly is because i cannot trust people that specify their continuous power as enough. I locked the thread because clearly not alot of honesty is in it.. Ralph made alot of false claims as usual and their all erased now...

The bottom line is they never wanted any of you to see my American work....

Here's Ralph and his comments so Vincent knows first hand about his color issue.

Clearly posting does as much for you as it does them because no one ever ask you guys to return when you get mad and say your leaving. According to you told the forum u cannot speak English anyway so you were leaving if speaking in German was a problem now. Its funny because you never speak up when I am on your forums and members actually complain about having to translate other languages. More evidence of these exclusive personalities and mindsets that think an American forum should beg you for something while you're here reading what they post here without resistance.

What a Ham to say "if you wanna see pictures ask...." its more like if you wanna post them post them if you don't so what. More DL winds really aren't all that inspiring when anyone that can understand basic electronics can see the advantages regardless if they can execute or not. To not realize with all the research around you that a conventional DL wind with fat wire just isn't all that impressive anymore. With high current wire taking advantage of single layer makes sense with trapezoidal algorithms anyway. Based on the SL Bemf I've seen on a scorpion motor a trap drive with it should create less ripple. A person that optimizes for YGE should actually know why it likes a dual layer machine better than a single layer. It would like more layers even better but I guess the wind is too complicated for some people because they like the silly crossover wire. A single coil wind system can be wired for better granularity and lower resistance with parallel paths. It actually does not need solder joints if its executed correctly even though that was always a diminutive issue brought up obviously by equally small minded amateurs.

                                      nice.

you should begin with the "tarot" one. rotf

When you will show one of your special motors running in a real modelers project? will it need 5 years or ten? :

When will you open all your closed threads? actually you have about 20 of them, noone has more closed than you.

you are such an interesting personality for special studies, so in fact I never can leave this forum.
interesting how every time can find the bow to scorpion motors - noone could make a better advertiing for this brand than you.

Also: the real traitor of the new winds to chinese are you - noone beside only you have posted all the gerling and multiple layer winds and D-Y combination here.
be sure, also chinese engineers have learned to read nowadays!
And I only had to send them the links to YOUR posts!

and also don't forget: all your winds are also only copies of content, that you have found somewhere in internet.

so the very biggest copyist says to a small minded amateur, who only shows old style winds again and again he is a copyist- what a joke!

These are just some of the facts. Like he ask will it be 5 or 10 years from 2021 to see my concepts in a real model working . Well its only 2024 so that 3 years and its in the air with the worlds finest pilots and it runs much better than his scorpion 3226's Dekker put out of business with the 10 turn 600 in 1.06mm. Ballenstat for instance is organized by his friend who likes his black troll signature. So for me the competitions are hardly legit held in his backyard anyway.

                                        Hubert,

Vincent wanted me to let you know that he was sorry and has been on the road the last couple of days and has not been able to respond and that he would respond to you tomorrow. He said your request has already been processed and appreciates your patience.
                                        1BOHO and EGODRIFT like this.

It never happened despite the fact "egodrift" like this. I asked personally just the other day and he gave me the run around for a week till i finally told him he was stalling to help his buddy at scorpion. I'm done with it. So the TAREQ and PYRO1000 or something else are the 100 volt choices. Right now the Pyro 1000 holds the crown.

Another 5+5 almost complete. 1 turn left on each tooth. Then on to the 650.
I have 2 master rebuilds in que. I'm waiting to receive the shipped motors,
