The scorpion A series 5025 x 2 is also interesting for a new 5050 speed motor in the right hands. It is less than 55mm in external dimensions and its 14 pole. Two 5025's run about 630.00 usd I could build a limited run and use a carbon fiber retention and still fit the nose diameter of a typhoon as an example There are alot of choices i could wind that will compete with a powercroco 5050 . I can definitely bring better numbers than a 300 year old wind. 20 years with endfest is a long time to not know anything about it. It needed a degassing chamber badly see the bubbles Ralph. Those become localized hot spots but they are everywhere...u got something really special when you combine it with 480 watts of loss at idle with the bifilar job.

Hi Hugh,
I've looked at your windings. It's wound really neatly and the casting is really good. That's how it should look. The guy is going to look pretty stupid. The Okon speed flying group has not made any progress for years now. They have no new ideas. They also no longer inform themselves. They have never understood flux compression technology, just as they never understood the Halbach magnet system. How to reduce eddy currents in permanent magnets is also state of the art - simply by building the magnets out of small magnetic parts or using the snakeline cuts as made by Bomatec. You won't find any of that in Reptil Boy Ralph's book. Okon has to overhaul the motors he has wound after a very short period of time, re-bearing them, cleaning them and putting a lot of work into them. He writes that this is normal practice in Class E racing cars. But that's not true. Formula E racing engines are only serviced after a much longer period of time, and none of the motors constantly burn out. Only Okon's motors have this problem. His motors are not right at all.
Gruß/ regardes
Christian

At 16S we saw >400A with such winding.
But to survive this without damages the Motor needs cool wind cooling - means 500km/h+ and some "afterrun" - just like a high loaded turbo into a car.
Kai, Tim and Dzhamal and Walter used one of these Type in their 600km/h+ runs.
After the 2024 season I will check them all and make them fit for the World Speed Masters with the best pilots and models.
You are invited to join!

Yes Ralph DZHAMEL runs this and it end up in the ground over and over again this is his third big plane.. Hes spent 20000 eaxy and has hit 600kmh 1 time. Were going to show you just like every other tikme that we can built a better much lighter machine here in America. They will also be available to anyone. All I see is a lot of unnecessary weight.
I plan very much to send you air mail from America very soon!!!! What u need is a better winding and design al together. We will show u in days to come how its done.'
You should be building with A series components. Let the old **** go.

If the motor can only do it job of >400 amperes on cold days it is clearly overloaded!!! WOW Ralph I cant believe i have to spell that out for an "expert" its nut because you post the winding previously and said the empirical chart said they were only good for 280 amperes so the motors windings are operating at peaks 120 amperes above that. Yeah its going to get hot then and u seem to have trouble with the math.
I will join u at an event. As a American I am definitely not intimidated by you, you motors, planes or equipment . I have all that then some.
If my pilot comes to Germany and takes your crown I will fly over because I want the trophy personally handed to me by you. Okay?
You are a silly man because this configuration could have easily been 4-8 Y-D 4 layer machine and attenuated all the AC losses in the pm
