But this only applies to the name.
Then there are still Schmiddie and Bert Decker and Thomas Steinmetz.
With Holle, I don't know if he still does something.
And if you want something really special, you have to have an engine tailor-made by the crazy Pocboy anyway - at least theoretically, he probably outshines all others and everything that has come before. This probably also applies to the Steller, no one can hold a candle to him.
He knows all the tricks and even special formulas that make his results even better.
Although, even with him, I don't know whether he still wraps or just theorizes.

Ich frage mich, ob Ihr Freund mit dem durchgebrannten Motor weiß, dass unsere wärmeleitende Verbindung, die 22-mal wärmeleitfähiger ist als Endfest, bedeutet, dass der Motor bei jeder Durchflussrate um bis zu 40-45 Grad Celsius kühler ist als Ihrer.
Da der Strom direkt mit dem Drehmoment zusammenhängt, bietet die verbesserte Wärmeleistung der vergossenen Motoren mehrere Vorteile:
• Höhere Leistungsdichte – Mehr Drehmoment/PS von einem ähnlich großen Motor; dasselbe Drehmoment/dieselbe Leistung von einem kleineren Motor; und die Möglichkeit, Kupfer oder Stahl aus dem Motor zu entfernen.
• Bessere Zuverlässigkeit – Der Betrieb bei niedrigen Temperaturen verhindert, dass die Isolierung schnell abbaut, und erhöht so die Lebensdauer der Motorisolierung.
• Geringere Kupferverluste – Niedrigere Betriebstemperaturen bedeuten geringere Kupferverluste; weniger Widerstand gegen Stromfluss = geringere I2R-Verluste

It is funny because he acts as if he is some winding goat but my motor is about 8 times more reliable in air at the insulation than his and I suspect I'm much more efficient based on world class pilot reports and all the calculators. Its not an issue the Pyro speed 1000 will eliminate any lingering doubts. If this is supposed to be some competition he simply is not better than us for a million reasons, and I said so. Ill retire the scorpion 5050 all u have to do to know is fly me 1 time.

Hi Ralph
I can probably strike your scorpion knocker to death with this 14 pole Cobra 5340. Its a big rascal with alot of room for cooper and cooling. Imagine how your friends on the German social media will feel if it out performs your 5050 motor.🙈🙉🙊 Look at it beside the pyro 600 stator. I wouldn't doubt it... I have a lot more theoretical "gimmicks" I could use on the goof troupe.

Cobraspeed ist unterwegs, Ralph. Dein Freund Christian hat mir wieder geschrieben und möchte das Dual-Inverter-Setup sehen, das ich vor 6 Jahren gepostet habe. Er drängt auch weiterhin auf Magnetsegmentierung. Das Problem ist, dass ich von keinem der von mir vorgeschlagenen Motoren mehr als 100 sehe, weil es nicht genug Speedpiloten auf der Welt gibt, um mehr zu rechtfertigen. Es hält auch den Wert hoch. Sie können 100 Motoren bauen, ein bisschen Geld verdienen und weitermachen. Sie können eine Probe segmentierter Magnete kostenlos erhalten, aber um die Produktion am Laufen zu halten, müssen Sie erheblich bezahlen. Diese Vorgehensweise beseitigt auch nicht die Quelle, sondern mildert nur ihre Wirkung. Wenn Sie die richtige Wicklung verwenden, brauchen Sie die Segmentierung nicht. Ich bin es leid, Ihnen allen das zu erklären. Die Magnetsegmentierung wäre 1000-mal schwieriger als beispielsweise das Drucken eines Schlitzkeils. Da keiner von Ihnen 3dp verwendet, sind Sie mit dem Material und seinen Fähigkeiten nicht so vertraut. Ich habe Ihnen wiederholt erklärt, dass eine 2-Mu-Passfeder die subharmonischen Schäden am Rotor eliminiert. Das Senden von Unterlagen, in denen seit 7 oder 8 Jahren dasselbe steht wie in meinen Unterlagen, ist kein Fortschritt. Das ist es, was wir hier tun. Ich werde Ihnen zeigen, wie anpassungsfähig POCBOI ist, wenn ich ein passendes Flugzeug dazu baue. Es gibt nichts, was Sie mit einem Flugzeug oder Motor machen, was ich nicht besser machen kann, und Ihr alter Rekord ist mir egal, denn keiner der Top-Leute in Amerika ist jemals bei einem dieser Wettbewerbe dabei. Ich habe vor, das zu ändern und ihm eine Klammer auf den Mund zu machen!

You should have a good idea what pyro 1000 wound by POCBOI would actually perform like versus your scorpion knocker so there is always that in my back pocket but I truly believe i can build offf the body of this 5340 motor and shake things up! Brenner and David Gaines of 3d magic in Lynchburg Va, are going to consult with me on the project.
I hope you and your friends are ready for this "war" ....because I even may have a manufacturing plant in Michigan that could process the 100 stacks and bodies.
All one needs is about 100 motors to take that niche in hobby. If I build an application specific speed motor people with money Like DZ WILL BUY IT!!!! You wont make another sale to a serious speed pilot that doesn't live in croco world I promise you.

The printer will be here the first week of august. This will continue to facilitate the fact that we build more efficient and lighter machines here.

I plan to test this XNOVA LIGHTNING 3225 against the pyro 600 so the F3A boys have another option that is only about 10 grams more in weight. I it is a good motor. The other thing I'm going to consider for pilots is Aluminum of CCA windings. Petr is going to build be me a special speed fire 2 plane for F42. Production: F5B.CZ - Composite models If push comes to shove ill ask Steve to ask Gerben to fly it Ralph.

Christiian, Here is an example of the segmented magnets you all at Lehner have implemented and this is fine but essentially a band aid of sorts with round croco wire.. Don't get mad b4 you understand my point. Yes this helps. Reduce significantly the pm loss but it does nothing for the copper AC losses. It mitigates the effect of sub harmonics on the rotor but it does not attenuate the source. . Hybrid windings using multiple layers attenuates skin and proximity effect and will allow you to use the large hairpin style windings without fear of those AC losses. I cannot emphasize enuf the difference in methodology between the two practices. Its also alot easier to wind change verse implement post assembly magnetization. You are aware that the first thing you need is unpolarized PM and a high voltage rig to position the rotor correctly in the zapper. It is very easy to consider it when you already have all the fixtures and jigs to implement it correctly but it still doesn't help the wires at all.. If it is wound with the right hybrid winding the PM loss is reduced over 60% anyway. While multi stranding like Ralphs bifilar is a better dissipater of heat it will have a higher impedance and take up more slot space than the equivalent mono strand. Below 500hz I dont really see skin as a huge issue but at 20,000 rpm it sure is one.. I do understand that your litz style coils are how you deal with ac copper losses and that Thomas has already confirmed your motor is better than the equivalent sized Scorpion by a long shot with his full size go kart. We can see and understand fully that the Lehner is an excellent motor made in Germany.. We know it is a reference machine by many standards and we do not live in Croco world or have any trouble with Lehner. Motoren.

And also as i have said I'm in conversation with BomaTech (smakeline magnets) but they want dimensions and I'm not at a point with the prototype that I want to nail down a pm dimension yet. Id like to give Brenner and his parametric modeling tools time to work first. They are busy with the nationals right now. I have to be patient to accommodate everyone's dreams not just mine. typing at the pc is the easy part but we have a lot on the table for to complete for the rest of 2024 into 2025.
If you watch the video we could make these magnets at my job Chris but do you see it is a very elaborate process .with wire saws etc.

This is what we are talking about Squawkers....This S cut in the rotors magnets reduce their eddy current losses significantly
but what im trying to explain is the use of them does not mitigate the source which is the concentrated winding in the slots switching current as the roto whizzes buy. There is electrical and mechanical noise associated . The better idea in my mind is to get rid of the source altogether. And not need thi$ highly engineered pm. You look at it and you know its not cheap and the supply line is having issues as I understand.
