  • See all u have to do is ask a moron if alll this is the case how does the pure INSULATOR help? See potting in nonsense has been the practice on the german social medi until I showed you all how goofy it is. Now potting is useless. He also doesn't have an agent to close the gap insulation..'
'You see he has no published information but a cad diagram he drew up. That crap carries zero weight in the field and it does not explain the fires on the ground or burn up motors now doe it?

I mean I dont need to worry about what Martin says since we use so much less energy EMPIRICALLY to do the same work in the first place.

Martin and Christian should pm you to help you explain why your motors are less efficient.

scvorpions winding machine lies to sell his motors and that pretty simple.

    Hubert

Apparently your friends dont know anything Ralph. they haven't done any extensive research on cooling and that iswhy your motors are still burning up with endfest caked up everywhere.....

No one world class pilot i have will agree with the armchair assessment as they know the improvements they see in the real world not the dream factory at scorpion.

        • And as Ive stated before were totally fine with you potting in endfest which surely traps all the heat in or not securing the wire at all. We can see how your heavily researched practices are ending in flames in real life...

I really feel sorry for any modeler that listens to you coz not a day goes buy that you do not lie to them.

          • I guess you the modeler the will have to decide if they believe the entire bearing and adhesive industry as well as alll the university research centers across the world are all a lie but this wurst u see repairing his burnt up motors every day is the grail.

From this you also have to decide if people like Andrew Jesky or Brenner Sharpe lie about the performance of their planes.

You have to ask them why my engine of the same exact turns runs more efficiently than the ones they had wound in Germany by Bert Dekker that has always exceeded powercroco in performance if everything they do is right.

At the model is where it works.

I mean I dont need a Kai to fly a certain way so I wont burst into flames. and they wont take my motor out and replace it with a heavy less efficient scorpion wound by you!

Thats Relevant! a motor and drive expert doesnt hold up a yge 320 as a benchmark. U dont know anything about the electronics I wish youd stop with the fraud because unlike the hobbyist i already know alll you know how to do is wind copper around iron teeth. Your machine work is less than idea as well.

            • Why talk about it Im just going to deliver the hobbyist a better 50 mm speed motor. Its pretty simple. See if you or Martin at Scorpion can stop it as I already post higher efficiency with an Align...

If it wasnt for me posting truth Scorpion wouldn't have changed how it present its data to the consumer taking real mechanical measurements. Some YOU DO NOT DO. and not even scorpion put the HK in a plane. You dont even wind their right series of motors which is A.

Ask martin why you running the yge 320 with d2pak fets versus the 6 step from scorpion scorpion man.

alll this talking but you dont even post motor constants with your rewinds because you DONT want the consumer to see u in direct comparison on the calculators because YOU ralph okon the mighty powercroco often come in second or third place with your efficiency. In fact we have the graphs showing the pyro actually lost efficiency after you wound it.

Modelers can plainly see from the graphs generated on the German social media that Powercroco is hardly always an improvement. Here are the graphs now ya'll deal with it.

That said I have things to do like secure this industrial printer. I dont have time for nonsense from the far east. Lying is the hobby for some of us.

That much difference in efficiency equals a difference of throughput power by a factor of 1.5-2 thats very significant to the thermal performance of any machine.

When you are more efficient with more copper cross section in the slot you are running cooler by design.

                          • Here the email on the subject matter by the other real engineer at Scorpion in the photo Christian Lucas from Lehner and magnet motor. Everybody is lying but Ralph.....

Sat, Aug 3 at 5:40 PM

                            Hi Hugh,

That's OK. At one point he writes that rocket science is used in Formula E, which he, as a hobbyist, cannot use. Then he writes that he told him with a gentleman who does grouting that it doesn't help the outer coils with paste mumpe etc. to make it full. That must have been an expert. In any case, others have a completely different opinion. Since MagnetMotor GmbH was founded, we have carried out many experiments and tests with highly thermally conductive casting compounds on highly loaded electric machines with permanent magnets. We also made some materials ourselves with thermal conductivity values that he couldn't get. For Airbus we equipped the apron wheel hub motors with graphite masses instead of the liquid cooling that is normally used, which saved all the heat loss from the machines from the gate the entire journey to the runway. The power density of the wheel hub machines far exceeds that of the speed planes, just as these machines also exceed the short-term maximum performance of the model engines as continuous performance. In addition, a wheel does not spin like an engine with a propeller that has to produce almost no torque at low speeds. Wheel hub machines deliver the maximum torque from speed 0 to high speed. Okon's tuning measures are a joke, they only serve the purpose of keeping the pensioner busy and generating minimal income for the animal shelter. Even the geese laugh about it. If the Okon worked as a doctor who was good at it, the income would be earned in one day. The fact that his windings burn out so often is due to his completely wrong designs and methods. Designed with thin stator teeth that saturate early and also promote synclos. The thick wire with the coils on adjacent stator teeth has the highest proximity losses which generate the most heat loss and thereby reduce the conductor cross-section to such an extent, it would not need this wire diameter, no it does not need a stranded wire winding, the best results are achieved with multi-wire windings with a maximum of 0 per conductor. Have a diameter of 5 mm or are made of flat conductors that lie on top of each other and are subject to almost no proximity effect if the conductor height is small. But he can't handle that, so in front of his followers it is dismissed as ineffective. These are incorrect statements about it. The fact that you Hubert simply cast a thermally high-quality, very heat-conductive winding, which, according to Okon, can only be carried out by the rocket scientists of Formula E engines, shows how he contradicts himself.

                            Greetings Christian

                            • Hallo Hugh,

He doesn't know anything about the thermal conductivity of pyrolytic graphite Chris . You are well beyond his element of understanding. You should see the Thermal conductivity of SiC!!!!!

And I see why scorpions run under 90% efficiency now with these expert accounts. If what they said had any validity 3 and 4 layers machines wouldn't work and run hot but they do work & very well in vehicles like the E range rover or the Formula one Jag powered by Wolfspeed.

The ferro fluid doenst have to be in the gap either tt can pump cool into the interior of the stator just like the 7455 or Christian 41 series with water cooling and does it passively. i can speed the process by implementing a cryogenically cooled heat sink into the loop

Click image for larger version Name:	fetch?id=408253.png Views:	0 Size:	313.5 KB ID:	408258

But in the gap Ferrofluid increased thermal conductivity across the gap by 400% and the machines deliver better efficiency extended range and more torque. Just build an external rotor IPM and fill in the stator side to flush hammers with a tc compound. Thats going to work really well in isolating the ferrofluid to the gap with minimal drag.

On the outside id implement slot wedges so Ill box you in easily this way with no problems. i can implement all these things here currently so there is no issue in America with the technology available. We need special printers to print PPS and other thermoplastics for the flussperren. We could not use a hobbyist printer because even in the bambu I'd have to get the one that runs 2400.00 . If i don't want a large print to warp in the appropriate materials. Ill buy the printer tomorrow.

Thank you for your time and patience

User At first glance, this is all obvious, but as is so often the case, a second one is worth it.
                                            Let's compare a single-layer and two-layer winding on the P1000.

                                            Two-layer with 9+9 x 1.4 DD with 295U/V, power handling 320A and Ri=6.3mOhm.
Your corresponding single-layer YY winding would be 5+5 x 1.5 YY with 300U/V, power handling 212A and 8.9mOhm.

So that's 41% more internal resistance, so the power dissipation increases from 567W to 801W at 300A.
For our 30sec operation, I prefer the much lower power dissipation, especially since the single-layer winding is only good for 212A.

In continuous operation, the comparison could also be in favor of the air winding, in any case, I have not yet come back charred with any of my maximum windings.
