Its also kinda ignorant to ignore the idle current as much as you want everything to be about the dc resistance it's not. The AC can be 10x higher. The motor moves with AC.

A joker motor is still a joker and hes still wont get over 300 dollars for a rewond 50 dollar motor from me. You can misquote the late engineers 2 paper 247 365 it will not make a joke worth 300.00.

Industry knows marcus has the best and most widely used calculator on the market.

This speed stiffness crap you wont find in academia. And it definitely doesn't apply to induction motors etc which must have slip to produce torque.

There are many that still see it as a joke. That " expert" doesn't stand alone in the idea that the claims are bs!

The thrust stand is also quite skewed on drawer slide with all the weight riding in it.

Been there done it already and itz really crude. It definitely does not Trump academic or true EE field findings.

It definitely falls short of diagnostic measure of discrete lab at place like ABB or Bundeswehr.

    I see you Ralph Okon

    You still in class here....

    Thanks

    Bearing Heater Cone.

They are not cheap but it will make your life with bearings much easier forever. You can also put the carrier with stator on it and it keeps the heat where it needs to be . This makes it alot easier to break a Loctite or epoxy bond of a stator that is bonded to the carrier. This is also what you use when the bearing needs to expand to install on the shaft and then cool for a shrink fit. That also will quiet things down if you put that interference fit into a design.

    Industrial motors shrink fit bearings......

I see you looking Powercroco. You need to get you one....

BTW if you have a P900 09 14 pole pyro then the right conventional winding for a Brenner drive v4 is approximately a 4+4 YY. I can probably fit 17 AWG with in a 3+3 YY then finish with 1 more turn on each tooth. The original 930 Kv winding is a 3 + 4 Delta in approximately 18 AWG.

The 10 pole 5+5 18 AWG has approximately 16.2mm^2 of copper cross sectional area in the slot. If I can get the 17 AWG on the stator in a 4+4 that will be 16.4mm^2 of copper cross sectional area in the slot.

Thank you for your time and patience,
    Hubert

    Danke

At Kontronics the latest motor stators are pinned and bonded now so to get them apart require more than removing the 2mm screw and simply pulling the stator off..

Thanks for your time and patience,

    Ralph,
Do you think I think its a coincidence on the German social media to show the Kontronics PYRO failure photo when there were no Kontronics factory reps at the event?

And you all haven't posted any of the failure you suffered.

You know I know they occurred.

I see the Crocoworld GSM is still working full time for you with its half reporting.

But any well informed pilot knows which is indeed the better motor.... so if IT failed you should also post those smoked scorpions.

The Xnova Tareq and the SMART & MODERN YGE 255 opto are spotted in the Henseleit TDS on the GSM

No YGE 320's or Knockers here....for this 2025 speedmaster Heli

Even the engineers at YGE say its obsolete Dr Okon..

    Hi Ralph,
    Here are the results:

Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_2819.jpg Views:	3 Size:	88.6 KB ID:	427754

Your Powercroco F100 volt package with you knocker flew 560 km/h.

Dzhamel did over 600 with his first flight with APD PRO HV!

These are pretty good fun flying results but it is no where near the >600 km/h capability continuously suggested in their specifications.

Brenner and I will have to talk and decide at this time if we are interested in showing you the composite direct drive contra . I've had the blueprints and CAD models well over a year now. With a drive made from suitable 3DP composite materials there are a few unknowns about materials and their dimensional changes in the presence of moisture or humidity so another style of high impact thermoplastic may be the solution if that arises as an issue. I don't think it will be.

But there is a v5 version of this style Brenner drive above coming to CK Aero very very soon.

We really don't need to bring out the wundercontra yet

    Sir

Bill G. named you as a resource that services and rewinds kontronic motors for the V4 contra rotation drives. I have two of these drives and three motors. One is the updated gaishin motor and other two are the older style that I would like updated. I really like these drives and hope I can keep them going. Please let me know what I need to do get these motors kept up. Thanks!

You only use 2 plain stainless steel NMB's in your motors Dr Okon (powercroco)
I hope you and your friends see the 3 ceramics and a hardened sleeve for axial tie in that we use here in America

So please don't post wundermotor nonsense on the GSM.

In 2025 our motors have much more radial and axial load capability and the balls roll faster and they are also electrically non conductive from the shaft.

    We do things differently here!!

Sei ehrlich. Du hast nicht zum ersten Mal aufgegeben.
