Look at the residual inductance of the PM for real answers about losing synchronization at heavy loads. They think they know everything and are extremely hard head!     And btw I was shown the 20 pole rotor 10 years ago. The HALF PITCHED 🙄 distributed wind promised for it on 12 slots still hasn't been wound. So yes this is a real joke out of Bayern Germany.

    This motor can be improved by better bearings and slot wedges. We can even shield the steel bearing from noise and quiet the slots and improve the cos/phi relationship on the machine lowering load amperages.

    I guess it isn't possible for the leaders in Dresden or Bayern!!! What motor expert doesn't know what a slot wedge does or what Magnovol is?

    What motor expert doesn't understand how critical a bearing is in excellent performance?

    Okon hasn't adopted a single new piece of technology into his motors. Better bearings, lighter composite parts or, better building material like thermally conductive epoxies.

    He said it himself; nothing has changed in 15 years.

    What motor experts do not understand the importance of idle current in motor efficiency???

    What hurt me most Is Thomas doesn't realize all he has to do is put his motor in Holles calculator and the comparison is just as fair. I really do not know what you call the person if it is not ignorant. What ever skewed results he thinks the calculator gives, that "skew" is universal across the board, so yes I have a problem understanding the nonsense volleyed back n forth on the subject matter of calculator accuracy on the German social media. To simply compare the motors head to head THAT is almost irrelevant. Dr Okon...

    Also why would you run a fixed timing? To prove something to me? LOL if you have auto timing use it! . If you have a motor heat monitor function in telemetry of course you use it and 100C stabilized is full continuous power you cant very well approach 180 with the rotor because it will lose adequate magnetic field for zero cross timing b4 full curie and lose synchronization.

    You want the hobbyist to forget about this past but what does the future hold with data less motors in 2025? Is he is ashamed of his efficiency so he doesn't want to post any specifics now.? He doesn't want someone else (Hubert) to calculate the truth so he is very closed lip now...

    The Evo didn't even manage +1% Eta. so Ralph hides his constants which every other manufacture post. He always uses what the industry winds as his metrics so why now does he go rogue from the rest of the industry when its time to report the wundermotor data???

    Did you miss the calculations that show the 4125 make more power and torque than Okons 42 series. Thats a fact based on Thomas test where you all interpreted the data incorrectly and never actually calculated the torques.... You nor Luc

    If you had he would not have puhed the eject button and you wouldn't have thought you won some proxy war . An idea dreamed up by Kunzke on the German social media to explain why winding a hybrid takes 5 years...🤔

    Do anyone in the world truly believe after 15 years there's no room for improvement in a said technology like motor winding?. You really think Intelligent hobbyist believe that?

    Asking for motor constants and empirical data is too much to ask from the great empiricist? Is that idea really so yesteryear?

    Will he say your calculator is bogus as well? The speed line is not above the efficiency line. Breaking Helmuts rule... Holle's. does not. Ralph you rewound the scorpion . Does it show improvement over the COTS pletti??? is all you have to ask. If it was made "right" like you say Ralph then these should be about 70% That would put the eta in the "gusset" . That's what you want for accuracy correct?

    How can he publish this data less EVO motor? From his past 71% isn't enough, so why wouldn't they get an improvement report from Ralph?for a 1000 euro? Do you expect consumers to accept his offer as an answer? If his engines are so excellent, it shouldn't be a problem to record the engine constants and all other relevant data that shows improvement. If that's not the point, then what's the point of his EVO, which looks like an XNOVA copy? What's the point of showing it off if it's not better than the standard 50 series, which it isn't

    It makes no sense not to include data or lock it at Ralphs request so he doesn't have to answer the clear questions.

    Its been 5 months since the 12 Slot 20 pole and 12 slot 14 pole Halbach was suggested and there is still nothing running or even wound. No data of complete engine. It is dead silent in Bayern. Dresden is also locked out from his own discussion. .

    The hybrids and dual three phase windings are here. and take the same time to wind as a traditional machine. If time is a factor they can forget about flying data-less Wunder motors....

    We make more torque and run cooler utilizing better materials and modern, winding technology. In technology if you havent found something new in 10 years you are out of date. Imagine a home PC or a Laptop from 10 years ago.

    I managed to get a few P600's wound for Muncie. I'm going to send AJ one 650 for his VLV contra drive and Brenner 3 spares. I have at least 8 pilots already. With at least 2 competing in the nationals. Every Brenner drive will fly me.

    Ill also wind 2 more comp black 650's for two more TDRS this week.

    Thats my report out in the open!

    You will find no where I used and idle trick. If the man cannot understand that lowering the idle current while maintaining the same dc resistance improves his efficiency you give it the definition you like but the factual definition is he is ignorant to the fact. What word do I use? .Clueless? uninformed? He doesn't want to be labeled any thing but guru but he lacks real understanding about the electronics to receive that moniker from me. He really doesn't hold a candle to me so people can be mad about that.

    What's sad is I took the time to take the simulation tool to show him how to USE IT simply to confirm what lowering idle current for his machine at the same dcr and someone is in the background crying because i get on this liar talking about I run idle tricks over in Germany?? The simulation tool is absolutely fine and accurate for making that type of comparison. Tellin you something else is indeed ignorant because he ignores that fact! I use plain sometimes broken English.😉

    Come talk to me because apparently truth and the forums members money means nothing to you.

    When he tells you that UHU is thermally conductive and he has no heat issues when his rotor magnets are permanently losing power. Id like you to come in here and comment about the technical aspect of an electrical motor your way.

    I'd like to see how you redirect a person that's purposefully untruthful with the boys day for day on a hobby forum

    and every other brand needs a repair but his according to his native tongue NO i don't appreciate him lying to you. And blocking you from information granted me by TOP IEEE members to show you on a hobby forum.
