And so Beane let me understand your last post in Germany. Are you suggesting while manufacturing a motor if i break the tooling to pass that cost onto the consumer??? Yeah man u crazy.... and confirm who does that besides you maybe since its YOUR suggestion.....

14 AWG is a minimum of 1.628 mm 15AWG is minimum of 1.450mm of bare solid wire.

Who cares about old pink cars in Gotha that need a larger radiator? 😏 They want a Tesla's , E Beemer, or Range rover's winding Tech inside and cooler rotors..... Gotha motors cant provide it because they cant wind it so they just make excuses and falsehoods how it doesnt work.

How would they know if they have never wound and run one sucessfully????

All you have to do is ask them for video.....
The user doesn't have 6 weeks to wait even though the wire was special order so I sent it back to Huntington beach CA as is. I have a lot of contract work to attend to so no worries for the heli kids..... I dont rush anything ever. So back to the contract winding for Bryan Herbert @ CK AERO. I also have a few new 600's 11's coming in from Kontronics Direcvt.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the OEM winding done by Lee in the first place. Kinda glad because the heli pilot obviously got his 1.6mm desires straight out of Germany . That's a Mr bean wind all day its equivalents to 14.5 AWG for US. H doesnt really need it now. He should just fly his combove till it breaks. And until then be happy with the china iron. Lee already has sizable cable on it in an Ortho cyclic lay.

If you get the chance, ask Audiosmith what he's been doing in audio – I've been in the industry for 40 years, after all. Where is his audio? Here's just a part of mine.

    Hi,
Ive been really buzy setting up the shop, Lathe, and New top dog Bambu labs printer so I can show Gotha motors what America is truly like. CK Aero should be receiving small a batch of US hand wound motors from me shortly. Ive received the wire from BAE & insulation and have not had time to measure the MW35/200C* 14.5 AWG diameter yet. I also received about 5 pounds of polyester MW16/240*. I wind the F3A pryos with it. The Dro will give me easy repeatability to out class Gotha and Skywalker motors over and over again.....😀

    Danke,
    Hubert

While winding motors and building Class A audio amplification I'm also looking at different transistors. Lateral Fets, BJT's , GanFet , etc and hope to build a big boy bridge that can deliver 30 - 40 kw in a breeze and also be controlled with Talega. The Mundorf caps I'm sourcing for the Class A amplification for instance is giving me great component selection ideas for a heavily filtered clean limitless power 3 phase bridge for >50mm series machines.... In this 4 pin series iI can get 40000uf 63 volt caps. An inverter with at least a half of a farad never hurt anyone that really wants to supply the motors what it needs for heavy loads. These and the Supercaps are technologies plan to exploit in this journey
