      • The usual trio for today. 9 AM on Saturday morning- I had the field to myself for about an hour. Totally made up for yesterday’s bust. Calm or light breezes down the runways in both directions. You could takeoff in one direction, fly around, then land opposite direction. Great practice.

        • Put 4 flights on the 90mm F-4 today after about a three month absence. And I got to fly formation with another 90mm F-4 to boot! great day! Sweet flying jets.
Mine has the FMS 90mm /yep 150 power. His has the stock power. We flew from grass and both performed nicely. Pretty closely matched.

Man I thought you'd disappeared! Welcome back. The F-4s fly great don't they?

                          • Took a couple of warbirds to the field today, my FMS F-51 and P-47. Flew the T'bolt with a mobius on board. A flying buddy got some shots of the Mustang.

Glad you got a flight in. It's rained here pretty much everyday for over a week. It was good seeing you yesterday. Sounds like you and the kids had a good week.

                                      • Here's something a little different. A buddy and I flew a bunch of Rocket Boost Gliders today. They boost on E6 solid motors and have two-channel elevon control, during the entire flight (boost, glide, and landing). They're a lot of fun, and it was a lot of fun doing something a little different today.
