This will be my first, none of my three Mirages were/ are tigers, I didn't put the tigers on my MiG29 and I don't have the 80mm Rafale. What others are there?

I have 3 Tiger scheme EDFs already. This one will get an RAF airshow scheme.

I put Tiger scheme decals from Callie on my Gripen.

Almost all of the Banana branded (BlitzRCworks) products have been (and may still be) akin to garbage. They all need a lot of work to make them perform adequately. Out of the box, the old "tiger" F-18 was really, really bad in every way.

Has anyone seen any decent photos of the battery compartment? I’d want to fly the model on 8/9S with hrb 6000 packs like I do with my other 90mm models. But can’t clearly see how much space there is.

Yes. There are pictures that show various packs, including a 4+4 8S plus pictures with rulers in the shot so you can tell actual dimensions.

Thanks guys. Be interesting to know what capacity those 4s packs are, I imagine quite small. Maybe 3000/3500’s. I will get measuring my 6000’s packs 😂

Why are you "imagining quite small"? It's a picture done by a Motion employee and shows yellow or "pro" batteries. Motion pro 4s come in 3600 and 5000. The ruler shows a width of 2 7/8" wide battery area. The 5000 are 1.2" or 2.4 for two. The 3600 are 1.4" or 2.8" for two. You be the judge. There are also 6000 pro, two are 3.0". That may fit too.

That said if you wait until more people get production versions more will post what fits.

I'm planning to use twin 6000, 4s Coddar HV and/or twin 5000 HRB myself. There's always a way to make them fit. On my other 8s planes, I've placed them in a staggered formation when they won't fit side by side.

Those who are getting theirs from RC Castle, should receive theirs about a month or so earlier - end of Feb vs end of March. I'm one of them and the first thing I'll do is to plant those batteries in there and see if they fit one way or another.

Don't let all those people saying you have to go 6S and can't use batteries more than 4000mAh or 600g hear you!

Just experience of battery’s and what my current 6000’s look like on the side. 😉

Will be good to see some productions versions out there and being flown.
