For some time i was salivating over the Nexa P-82. There were only around 270 of these built in the late 1940's so it is a rare and cool fighter.
Finally had the money and bought it in March. I put in a 6S power system using two 4000s for long flights with a four bladed prop from the Freewing "Old Crow".
The wannabe scale builder in me decided that it needed working gear doors, so I bought a set of "Old Crow" doors and a gear door sequencer, then modified them to fit. I also added retractable tail wheels with doors. Of course it needed navigation and landing lights (From "Old Crow" as well).
Callie graphics provided decals, the Name "Double Trouble" seemed appropriate, and a set of P-51 scale markings really tricked it out. Finally, I used two different pilots rather than the twins that come with the kit.
Unfortunately getting error uploading the pics. Will try another post

Beautiful pics, Sir and may I say, she's a beauty.
Those are worthy to be called artful representative images.
Bravo Zulu!
Best, LB
