Avios Yak 52....I've had it 14 months and it never fails to put a smile on my face.

My buddy has a Yuneec Typhoon 4K quad he brought along today to video my HSD 105MM F-16. He doesn't have Flight Following down yet so the footage of the jet is limited. This is the first time I've uploaded 4K video on YouTube. It's pretty sweet! Lots of potential down the road once he gets better at Flight Following...Still, really cool.

Windows Movie Maker doesn't support 4K so the video is raw, unedited footage. I need to invest in pro video editing software so I can make cool videos regardless of format.

Flew great today. My nerves are finally calming down (her size and weight intimidated me the first few flights) and I am just flying her now like any of my other models. Added white lithium grease to the retracting gear as it was struggling the last few flights in the freezing cold (it was 32 today).

Digging this 4K! That Yuneec Typhoon is a sweet quad! Looking forward to some cool footage down the road.

I had a great afternoon at the field. Got in 6hrs of flying (well, I obviously wasn't flying that whole time). Had multiple flights of my FMS 1400mm A6M Zero, Freewing Mossie, Freewing FW-190A, EFlite P-47, Multiplex Pilatus Porter, EFlite Timber, and I maidened a 2M glider. Sailplanes may not be my thing, but it was an interesting change.

Had a great session today with my new freewing f16 and my baby EF xtra. Had two lessons booked as well, so I flew two students high wing trainers with em on the buddy box, but doesn't really count as I'm not doing much of the flying obviously. Bought the inrunner f16 as my outrunner was starting to get a bit worse for wear, though it's still going strong. Did the maiden of the new one last week, but only had the one flight before it was too windy. So today was just dialling it in and having fun with it. Chalked up 6 flights, thanks to my new brakes only went off the end of the runway once. (I was deep on the touchdown). Had a great time with the 16. The little extra is a awesome plane, it's one of my favourites in my fleet for 3D. Had 8 flights with that just practicing my 3D, mainly getting my rolling harriers steering where I want it. Had the little xtra for almost 5 years now, if I ever crash it, I'll be getting a new one that same day, it flies well above its size. . Man, I love this hobby. :)

It's one of my favorite planes, flies like it's on rails and is just majestic in the air. I bought it crashed and fixed it, I really should get another "clean" one.

Day 225...we had a great day, nice weather and flying with some friends and my nine year old granddaughter...she's a natural pilot.

I also changed my Tigercat to non-counter rotating props, can't tell any difference.
