Durafly did a Sea Vixen a few years ago in 70mm fan size.Originally posted by Enterprise206 View PostAfter reading Alphas post that's bigger planes are going to cause bigger headaches I understand that bigger is not always better in some situations like in the RC Market hopefully this airplane won't be too much of a headache to recreate Market ship and sell
the de Havilland sea vixen it looks to be a pretty straightforward design motion RC already makes a twin Boom Jet, this would just be a little bit bigger. I hope this plane sees the light of day
It is a quite accurate representation of the full size and flies really well, so it definitely can be done. I’d love to see it in 80mm or 90mm.

Ooooooooo sign me up! I wonder what the 2800 refers to? A Freewing SR-71 or A-12 would be mind-blowing! That and a Concorde of course. :Cool:My YouTube RC videos:

An A-12 Oxcart would be about the only alternative to have a Blackbird due to the construction materials/color issues. But you might want to specify Oxcart, because there is another A-12:Originally posted by Aros.MotionRC View PostOoooooooo sign me up! I wonder what the 2800 refers to? Check out this interesting statement by Alpha regarding the feasibility of the B-58 Hustler. on post #27.Originally posted by apmech1 View PostBig and fast how about a XB-70 Valkyrie. Huge with Mach 3 speed. Or a B-58 Hustler. I doubt we'll see those, but it would be very interesting.

That was a great read. Thanks for pointing that out!. I do totally agree with the philosophical reflections of this hobby and our part in it. I believe if one has been in this hobby long enough, one has passions for different types of planes. Some folks are all over the spectrum. I am passionate about military warbirds, and I favor USMC warbirds. ;)Originally posted by Evoman View Post

Ps if anyone would like some photos of specific Airforce planes like the B-58, or the XB-70 let me know, I live 10 minutes from Wright Patterson Airforce Museum and I don't need much of an excuse to go see airplane porn with my sons!

Indeed, its just the start of more things to come, expect an announcement in the very new future...Originally posted by axerhand1976 View PostI see mrc is going to carry the ngh gas engines. that is nice, I have a 38cc 4 stroke I got from a guy in the east and I love it … 4 stroke sound without the huge 4 stroke price.
