You can erase the entire thread and everything in it if it appeases someone important. It won't change anything about my success or knowledge.....
Thought it might be interesting for some and there's is enough evidence to support that it is but I really do not care about it to be quite frank.
I wont waste my time with karens then
Thank you,
Hubert

This one was fairly easy to get apart. No SiC production to nigh due to the bad weather, so Ill wind it and a brand new certified 650 for Spencer Key's (helifreaks 🙊) TDR
No old pink antiques here. These are brand new Kontronics QC certified cars for F3A and Heli competition use.
For the TDR

Danke,
Hubert

Disa did a good job winding this one. It was clean. Unlike Gotha motors Kontronics also believes in potting the windings. They epoxy the stator and wires in place with construction epoxy. Probably "UHU" which is a pure insulator but better than nothing at all for securing pulsing wires. What we use in a rewind is boron nitride infused epoxy made for motor coils. It has 400% more thermal conductivity than a factory certified Kontronics.
In this photo Gotha motors has shown us what NOT to do with UHU which is always the wrong thing to use as a pure insulator if you want a cooler running machine..

Looks like another Gothan motor impersonation.

Hi Fellas,
I'm still in the game with alot of series work. Unlike the builder in Gotha Germany I don't need to show you the same good motors I wind over and over again. Unless a hobbyist is slow you see the kind of winding work were doing here in the USA and the result have clearly spoken for themselves.
I'll be back to share when I have something actually new and not the same old series work....
And there is still no running wye-delta serially connected hybrids from the "leaders" in Germany so Its pretty boring there as well. No one cares about the pink panthers new found partnership with Align....We told the goof troop it was a good motor 6 years ago when he couldn't beat it with his 42 HK's Luke nor Okon still have not put one on the board with its numbers yet or wound anything non conventional you can use for an improvement.
Have a good flight with them.....😏
PS....and I see you Ralph still in the room studying our work as "Mr Bean"
Its not a mystery for me....
It is amazing how hypocritical YOU ARE building speed flight propulsion with Align's now....

You come back and show axial cooling, but the pink-black-gold variant has had that for years. Countless motors have burned out since then after using UHU to attach the wired Mr. Bean. Now you don't use anything at all, and apparently you now need thick endplates for it to run at all. Here in America, we do it differently. We do not wrap with Nutliners except when absolutely necessary, which almost never happens. They praise Kapton, but don't even use DuPont's Kapton MT+. They act as if Kapton is superior ... In isolation, Kapton remains stable over a wide temperature range of 4 to 673 K (−269 to +400 °C). The thermal conductivity of Kapton at temperatures of 0.5 to 5 Kelvin is quite high for such low temperatures: κ = 4.638 × 10−3 T0.5678 W·m−1· K−1. That's no better. Kapton insulation ages poorly: An FAA study shows its decomposition in hot, humid environments[8] or in the presence of seawater. It proved to be very resistant to mechanical wear, especially abrasion in wiring harnesses caused by aircraft movements. Many aircraft models had to be rewired at great expense due to short circuits due to the faulty insulation – in some cases, the entire Kapton-insulated cabling was completely replaced. The decomposition and chafing of Kapton wires due to vibration and heat has been linked to several fixed-wing and helicopter crashes that killed people. The New York Times reported in 2005, citing a NASA OIG document, that Kapton-insulated cables in the space shuttle "tended to wear out over time, causing short circuits and possibly fires." During the STS-93 mission, electrical short circuits in the Kapton insulation led to the failure of two engine controllers and almost caused a catastrophe. They believe that the problems this creates in the air were solved with the disaster in commercial air traffic years ago, but even in 2005 the insulation for aviation is still inadequate. The cables are not insulated, so they move, thus favoring catastrophic scenarios in the air. There are countless reasons for failures and countless more! Cheap ball bearings that easily fail under high loads in competition. Kapton slot liners that age and decay due to ozone and micro-vibrations. Unsecured cables and last but not least, overloaded motors with 68% of the expected start time according to your own records. In America, we not only secure the cables with a boron nitride coating that increases thermal conductivity by up to 400%. We connect the core to the aluminum frame using a boron nitride epoxy resin. As a result, the frame serves as a true internal heatsink for the core. Gotha Motors does not use these proven methods. Our connection cables are made of a high silver conductor and are additionally coated with boron nitride to prevent short circuits while ensuring effective heat dissipation.
She and Anakin said that approach didn't work – but if it didn't work, how could he win the world championship in one of the most prestigious and high-profile classes? Obviously, your approach isn't working, which is why you're still struggling with engine damage and air pollution. How could he achieve better performance and lower fuel consumption than anything Andrew Jesky has ever flown? They don't have a pilot with more flying hours than him. Why does Helifreaks contact me about Clugh motors when I'm not around?

Boron Nitride coil resin from 3M is what we use.
Another 650 headed for Spencer Key's TDR on Helifreaks. I'll be sure to post photos of the heli for you....It runs 3 ceramic hybrid bearings....
Hope u enjoy the "smearing" OKON! its certainly not as good as the 100 degree UHU general construction epoxy you and Christian use in your ISO quality hand wound German motors.

An entire batch of 600's for Brenner contra drives are on the way to CK Aero shortly.....
If YOU really wanted to get more out of the motors and magnets YOU would wind a hybrid but YOU would rather mislead the forums making false statements with no data to support it simply because U cannot wind the hybrids and multi layer >2 BLDC motors correctly.
It is 2026 and you are still on bs!!!!
Get some sleep bruder!
