    Thank you very much for your detailed answer. I haven't had any particularly hard landings, but we have a very uneven grass runway, and the Falcon has a very long takeoff roll. Once, it folded over before takeoff while accelerating, and again after landing on the landing run. I noticed a grinding sound during retraction, and it turned out that the cutout in the fuselage for the landing gear leg was too shallow. I cut a recess there. I tightened the bolts on the pin, but the rod is already limp, and something is skipping in the retraction mechanism itself. I ordered a new one and will adjust it properly. The season is over here in Poland, so I'll be flying in the spring. Best regards.

    Boy this grey scheme won’t do me any favors on a grey day that’s for sure.

    Ahh, you got me! I’m not sure what the weight of the battery is. I am using a single 8S SMC battery. It’s a brick that’s for sure!

    No flaperon mix yet but I would love to add that soon!

    Maidened the new ARF PLUS airframe yesterday. Couple clicks of up and she flew well. First time I’ve ever maidened fully dirty. I read enough reports that she flies perfectly fine dirty, just not quite as speedy. Wasn’t really an issue on 8S.

    With the all grey livery, seeing her well was a bit of a chore so I’m going to add two non-scale white vertical strips on the bottom to help. I hate adding any non-scale detail but I’m not getting any younger so these mid-life eyes need all the help they can get.

    Repainted my ARF PLUS. The livery we sell isn't bad, I'm just not into the turquoise shade of blue. I decided on the ubiquitous military grey. Looks pretty mean with the ordnance and tanks!

    I know exactly what you mean. My 1st gen 90mm F-16 was on 6s and it almost drove into the tall weeds at the end of the runway. I pulled up at the last moment and just missed the top of the weeds. It was a very dramatic take off. Granted, this was 9 years ago and the current 6s V2 is more powerful but my friend's 6s V2 is the same. My V2 is on 8s and it has no problems getting off the same grass runway - plenty of room to spare.
