I have no way of knowing who you are or what your order is, but if you ordered something on the 15th, then that was a Friday. So you probably made the order as the warehouse was close to closing for the weekend or after it already closed. So nothing would ship on Sat the 16th, Sunday the 17th, then Monday the 18th the warehouse starts shipping everything that was ordered those past 3 days. So sounds like you would have gotten an email on the 19th anyway.

I ordered a gyro from Motion on October 15. I received no notification as too when it was shipped out. I had to issue a complaint on October 19 to find out what happened. I received notification that same day that it was shipped out. If Motion doesn't care about it's customers ,than there are plenty of other "players" out there that we can go to .

Hope you are right James .But I keep finding people promise this and nothing happens .Hopefully you are right but I concerned I have lost 585 euros and no Mig to show for it >Fingers crossed someone will contact me .Thanks for looking in to it for me

Hey Chris, spoke with Jarrett and him and the warehouse are working hard to rectify this, but it appears you created multiple tickets for the same incident, so you receive a closed ticket for one of them as they are trying to clean up the ticket system and maybe some of the replies have gone astray from the open ones. They are working on it, you will be taken care of for sure

No that's 4qr1hu9n7. You're Captain Moron. He's Captain IMPATIENT!
I mean, 4 lousy days and he's doing the unhappy dance. I've ordered stuff from other vendors and I hear nothing for over a week, then it shows up as being "on the way to the shipping facility". 6 weeks later, it shows up at my door and during that time ................................ NOTHING! No big deal. It's the way shipping is these days. The whole system is in chaos.
Oh, and I've spent many 10's of thousands of bucks with Motion and other vendors and I don't consider myself as a "special" customer - certainly no more than any other customer.

MRC Europe ??.....apart from ridiculous delivery prices on small items to the UK, on an item advertised as " free delivery " they took a £20 surcharge for a FedEx delivery to my "remote" address........15 miles from a FedEx hub !!!! Having owned a business for over forty years that exported the majority of it's products world wide I can assure MRC this is not how to increase their customer base.
