Hi All,

I had my maiden yesterday and following happened:

1 gyro wants to constantly autolevel, is there a another function I can apply?

2. the engines stopped multiple times to run during flight
, whether full throttle, half or low it randomly stopped working and came back within a second again … anyone experienced something similar??

Flew the new modified spoiler and full span flap wings today. Flew great, didn’t notice any real difference in performance, but it looks cool.

1. I didn't like the stock gyro at all, so I bypassed it and use AS3X+ on my receiver Stock gyro seems to get very mixed reviews, some people love it, others are like me.

2. What battery are you using? Sounds like LVC. And do you have reverse thrust set up?

I finally got so irritated with the gear/door sequencer taking 15+ seconds to get the gear down that I made an Arduino based sequencer that does it in 5 seconds.

Genau, ich spreche hier immer vom im Thread hier offiziellen twin 64mm Version. Sonst drücke ich dies klar aus. :-)

oh aufgepasst.... das Foto ist die 80mm ja, aber ich habe die 64mm gemeint, die habe ich auch mit 2 Piloten bekommen, nur gerade kein Originalbild dabei gehabt. ;-)

Ich habe Gestern in meiner neuen F-14 64mm den Empfänger installiert und nach dem Binden festgestellt, dass der Motor rechts keinen Muks macht, linker Antrieb ist in Ordnung, der rechte geht nicht. Kennt jemand den Grund oder hatte das auch? Ich muss jetzt rausfinden, ob es am Regler oder am Motor liegt.

I would first calibrate the ESCs, assuming you haven't. The only other possibility is maybe one of the ESC servo connections is in backwards.

But pretty sure it's ESC calibration.

Danke für den Hinweis, das habe ich noch nicht gemacht.... häufig sucht man gleich zu weit. Das könnte wirklich das Problem sein, ich werde schauen.

Meine F-14 Twin 64mm habe ich nun am vergangenen Samstag eingeflogen. Der Jet fliegt sehr gut, aber bei voller Spannweite ist er anfällig auf Strömungsabriss, wenn man den Landeanflug zu langsam macht. Ich habe diese Eigenschaft hoch oben ausgiebig getestet und habe Respekt, so zu landen. Ich lande den Vogel immer in der Mittelstellung der Flügel, ich habe die Schwenkflügel auf einem 3-Stufen Schalter und kann 100/50/0% Schwenkstrecke einstellen. In der Mittelstellung der Flügel, also halb gepfeilt, kann man die F-14 wie eine F-16 wunderbar landen und braucht keine Angst vor Stall zu haben, auch braucht man so die Klappen nicht, da man angestellt reinkommen kann. Geht auch bei Wind sehr gut!
