Now you seen the OEM BLDC motors tooth geometry 8 POLE rotor and wind. It was terminated a wye before I rewound it. Each radial pm segment is 2 poles . I tested it with a digital pole tester so What can you say on the Gerd's Social media about it?? The way a rotor and wind changes the Bemf which is at a premium for optimal system matching with the inverters or as hobbyist call them the ESC??
Whats wrong with AUDIOSMITH he dont respect the SIGNALS?

A New Space Harmonics Minimization Strategy for Fractional Slot Concentrated Windings Md Sariful Islam1*, Md Ashfanoor Kabir2 , Rajib Mikail2 and Iqbal Husain1 1 Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, North Carolina State University, 2 US Corporate Research Center, ABB. Look this up again if you have the access. And want to evolve those winds Dr ralph....

You know there is no capture of a 24N20P DL YY MHZ 7455's mmf's harmonic spectrum in FFT that looks like this You dont think the better system matching leads to lower idle and load currents? You're wrong Ralph. But you see nothing would have changed about the dc really so it should be easy to see in that scenario the higher efficiency comes from the wide open side not stall if the dcr is basically equal. The other thing it does in this case is boost the torque producing 5th harmonic in a 10 pole. The boosted 5th harmonic % correlates to that same added percentage in torque density. The rotor magnets reduced 60% or their loss with the proposed winding scheme. Even at your heaviest loads you dont run anywhere near stall. Not even continuous "FULL" power which would be half the no load speed wide open throttle. Do have any concept of how many amps would be there at a continuous half speed load at WOT ???
Try it with your glove and ya yge 320!!!

People should learn to read what is posted here. It is Direct from the brightest motor minds in the world not amateurs directed by Christian on RC helicopter forums. Where people talk but cannot provide a single diagram or data from real test to support their positions. Leading you on about a 0 timing setting to bolster max ETA values is not science its foolishness I do not have time for.

Measured differences between BIH, parallel , and serial connections. It makes a huge difference as you can see in the AC losses So if you want to wind the large parallel bifilars then parallel everything go right ahead. Because this is why we burn nearly a horse just to idle. Look at the strand in hand losses versus the larger parallel strands. The micro wires are much better in this test!!! Can you see or are you blind. Not trying to be that way but clearly comprehension is not there if you feel it is something to argue about. These are real results from discrete labs like ABB. Please get over these forums "gurus" for real. They are here for lessons. If people want to run a copy shop run it but what are you copying is what you need to ask yourself.
These losses you see up above? Do you see the DC LOSS is relatively consistent but the AC is all over the place? If you so smart seeing this is easy.
case 3a is a BIH (bundle in hand) wind and has the highest efficiency because it has the lowest ration of ac to dc losses. The big wire is the worst ratio at 10! The least efficient machine.
Copy it!!!!

if the big wire is all world what happens when the factory winds with higher dc resistance leads to better efficiency? Is is because of the AC losses! What else could it be if u have a lower DC resistance and still a Lower ETA? You cant explain it can you? The PYRO factory motor has higher phase resistance and higher efficiency. Everybody see that?

I asked Vincent Offenbeck of egodrift why Yutao doesn't stuff more copper and his explanation was. Yutao settled on the best combination of weight and efficiency not just copper fill. There are many machines that do not even have 50% slot fill but have ETA's that exceed 93% Scorpions manual bi filar winding machine should find another place to camp because a real conversation about motors with that wire in it will hurt their sales if Eta is the topic.
All the past speed trophy does is show that out of a minuscule competitive field you don't need the highest efficiency motor to get one with a good plane .... the motor and all itz losses are still there. This is where all the thermal break down of the motors comes from. Having to rewind them seasonally charred. Short service life even with class h insulation. The empirical result. 👀

My single wire parallel LRK on castle measured higher than all your engines there with 3% higher eta based off its constants of Io and resistance. 96% Dr Okon 93.5% for you the bottom line on the same calculators. You know as its reported on the German social media.
I can put your 10 amps of idle current 42 series scorpion on 10s lipo in the same boat cal and show you in a big screenshot you fall short.
My motor is 5 milliohms your was barely 1milliohm so where did the 3% of efficiency go if lowest DCR is the win all??? your idle current is 10 mine is 1 something..... every measurement taken at med static timing of 10 degrees. No zero degrees or auto timing bs!
You talk about operational points but mine does that 30,000 rpm at 158 amperes which is quite manageable with 2 strands of 13 Awg! Im no where near 300 amperes and make > 6kw
You dc is 5 times lower but your ac is 10 times higher. And the ac is typically as much as 10 times the dc!!!
You look here at the chart for different stranding and connection option and give thanks to Dr Dorell in the UK. He is an IEEE senior which means he had to accomplish certain engineering milestones that amateurs couldn't conceive.
None of the engineering guys you work with are him. Helmut Dipl Ing equates to a masters degree here in the united states not a doctorate.
Now you know...

Nothing else will be answered today Ill be busy the rest of the day as I have to knock out these boring ass conventional dual layers...that clearly are NOT the pinnacle of motor winding as far as I'm concerned.... open eyes can see I have nothing but piles of data to support it. I'm just wasting my time trying to help people understand. If they are truly in the field of engineering these are eazy concepts to grasp in electronics.

Hardheaded rascals!
Im out...

Just In..... DF-8 110V. It's got some weight to it. Alot better quality than expected. 110 volts variable speed to 12000 rpm. It was right at 50.00 dollars. Depending on how it holds up Ill probably purchase at least 2.
U can spy on this if you want to. Its just an enamel wire stripper..... (.3-3mm)
.
Traktion Bruder💔
