    • tell ya what guys don't even think of weathering the blues jets as I recall driving by there hanger a lot at nas Pensacola and seeing a lot of enlisted guys out there polishing there birds for hours lol cleanest f18's in the fleet...

            just remember to stay away from black becuse it sticks out
            like a sore thumb. I use a pencil to do the panal lines then shoot it with light coats of gray and the do a molting coat then a salt coat and the cover her with a clear coat. Here is a great link to read

              • I loved em in the f11 lol shows how old I am lol ,, I was there during the F4 days 69 to 73..heck we had the f2 banchee in our hangar at whiteing for a year or so..looked that bad also...till they took it to the museum in Pensacola and did there magic on it...

                • Here is my Blue Angels bird all glossed up. Just waiting on the afterburner mod to arrive and still need to paint the landing gear and inside of gear doors white. As I put this together and out in the decals, I am really blown away at the scale of this beautiful jet.
