I now see your issue clearly and this is what you missed.........
As I indicated on post #1010 that there is plenty of room in each tray area to move the battery(s) around so move them in the tray(s) aft as required to get the CG.
Just don't place them all the way forward in each tray and then resort to using an ounce and half(42G) of lead in the tail to achieve the recommended CG range as you have done. That is just :Silly:
Setting CG is all about shifting required weight (batts, receiver, gyro, etc) around in order to minimize adding useless bloat to the airframe's AUW.
