  • Hugh Wiedman , Great photos. Envious that you're flying. We've had nothing but wind for days and frankly, I've been too busy to go if it were perfect. Livin' vicariously through you, Bro. Best, LB

It’s the 1400mm. I’ve flown it a few more times since I posted that photo. Truly enjoyable to fly.

            • I went out tonight and flew my E-Flite Air Tractor in the dark with the rotating Beacon I put on top of the Canopy. Had a blast night flying it. one other guy was going to come down but I guess he couldn't get a kitchen pass LOL!! I was hoping to have him do a video with my Iphone X but I did do a short video just before the second flight I flew it three more time after https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TEra5PZ0lmw

              • The Freewing T-33 is truly a great beginner EDF jets! My friend Alex and I decided to up the challenge and fly from the cockpit using head-tracker FPV. And I tried to fly tight formation in the slot position. Wish canopy clarity is better. What a thrill!

                    • xviper you want to talk landings try this for size, with our touching or breaking a carbon prop. This is how I like to land all my larger 3D Gasser's in the wind. In this video the wind is 15 to 25 and gusty. Love landing all my glow and electric 3D planes this way also. or on the small lite elec. i just put it in a hover and grab the fuse. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCFy2iEzU0Y&t=1

                      • My brither gave me this Dynum Waco bi-Plane that he did not want to assemble do to every thing in the box being warped and bent after some 20 hours of repair and changes this is how it came out. I was surprised. to have it fly so nice. The worst being the landing gear axles, where the hole in the wheels were twice the size of the axles. All the hard work paid off on this Bi-plane. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaVnHlDzBsg&t=14s

Wild Man who needs a runway if you can land like that, very impressive. If I could do that consistently, I wouldn't even go to our field half the time, I'd just pull up a lazy boy on my back pool/patio, light up a big fat cohiba, grab a six pack and catch some rays while I enjoyed flying. Only problem is I got a big screen covering everything, but Hurricane season is just around the corner and every couple of years my screeening ends up a few thousand feet away in someone else's yard, so I guess that's something to look forward to, eh?

                            • Mr. Wiedman you know as well as I do those type of landings do not happen all the time but after taking all the extra hours and, ready some very bad reviews, along with some good about this plane and Dynum in general I was wondering how it was going to fly. I am very pleased with thw Waco. Here is My E-flite PT-17 with my GO PRO White mounted on the top wing I flew right at sun set https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qF7dppVnBug&t=11s . Here are two other Waco;s I built for a couple Friends they all fly Great.

                              • I am getting back in to flying choppers again, and an older timer like myself find it quite a challenge. I do have a great 3D chopper Pilot as an instructor which I find very instrumental learning the flight characteristics. All I can say it is a completely different ball game LOL!!! here is a flight I made later today and after 4 full flights was the worst landing I have made with this Blade 250 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JzN0AvE39ng

Great to see what other heli pilots are flying these days, I got up early this morning and put another flight on my Roban Magnum PI, got it dialed in nicely, one day I will have to get video.

                                    • It was WWII warbird Tuesday. Pretty much the same cast of characters as I flew last time, only difference I swapped out my Silver B-24 for the Olive one this time. Outstanding weather, 10-15 mph winds and got 16 flights in, 4 on each. I have to say that now that I finally got consistent with smooth take-offs and landings on grass with the Corsair, I actually enjoy flying it better than the Spitfire, if that's possible. Over 8 minutes on a 5000, can't beat that IMO. And of course the B-24 just flies so sweet and with 10 minutes on 2 4000's, it's a pleasure to take her up anytime. I'll have to move back to flying the jets again next time, but with this group, the pucker factor is down to 0!
