Found a picture from building last night and zoomed in. This was after I was messing with them seeing at what deflection they touched. But, you can kind of see what I am talking about. I'll get better pictures tonight.

First things first… I had to get rid of that crazy front wheel, this is a Freewing F-16/F-104 main wheel.

I love the finger grips on the fan cover...cavernous intakes...sharp point protection. I moved the right flap ball to the other side of the arm for straighter alignment, also added strobe lights top and bottom. The blue box has, constant on, two and three flash connections...I went with the three flash:Cool:

What is where your elevator should be positioned at neutral stick.

Can someone help me explain this.
From where should I measure the 5.5mm? From down move 5.5 mmm to up?

Received my Raptor last night . Put it together and everything was perfect. I've had a problem with the electronics. To get it to bind I had to use the connection that comes off the EC5 connector. to the receiver. Binds and works fine but after it's bound the receiver will not come back on and no matter what I do it won't come back on. I have had the same experience with three receivers. For the receiver to work the connection coming off the ec5 must be plugged in to any empty port. Just throttle being plugged in will not get power to reciver. What am I doig wrong?

That connection is your BEC (powers the receiver), the ESC/throttle connect doesn't power the receiver like on a lot of planes.

I just never was a fan of the F-22's look but if there's a great looking Raptor this is it, it's one heck of a plane. Solid as a rock, great on grass and will slow down to a walking pace.

I undrstand the BEC I just can't figure out why the receiver won't come back on when the battery is plugged back in. Thanks for the reply.

After you bind the RX, you will need to plug two leads into the RX. The plug from the ESC goes into throttle, then you have a plug from the BEC (with the green ferrite ring in it) that goes into the bind port. The plug from the BEC is what powers your RX, not the plug from the ESC.

I know right! But they fly so good! Stoked!

This was an easy build. Took me about an hour to assemble without connecting the battery to bind or making any adjustments.
