Two questions: as you might have seen in my maiden vid I had some trouble rotating in time, barely got of the ground before I used up our 'runway'. Visibility was another issue lol.
Regarding the take-off:
- moved battery tray and velcro backwards already so I can move my lipos further to the back
- trimmed of the wheel doors some
- oiled the wheels
- might try to fly with the tanks next time as they shift the cg a little bit more backwards
If this won't help I can try to make the nosewheel strut 2-3mm longer.
Anything else I can do to make the take-off easier?
Regarding the visibility:
My plan is to add some brown camouflage Syrian scheme later during winter times. Meanwhile I think I'll just paint the tanks in a uniform color.
What color do you think is best to enhance the visibility?
- white?
- red?
- orange?
- ???

Sounds like you might have one of those rare models where a wrong servo got installed. You might want to contact Motion or if you have extra channels to use hook it up on one of them and create a mix from the rudder to it.My YouTube Videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrz...4Q-xrOOtP2C-8w

50mm diameter instead of the stock 45mm. That's a few mm already and I had shimmed the front retract with 2mm spacers already, so I ended up with the same 5mm more AoA
all could be done without foam surgery, wheel fitted the strut without any problem
happy to report back that those 5mm made a big difference, I can take-of now after 2/3 or 3/4 of our 80metres grass runway now
here's a few pictures
