The Germans speaking on the forums and spying here apparently can't wind the hybrid machines. They certainly work. If they're that smart, they know it, so there's no other excuse. Stop wasting your time with the nonsense and gibberish and start winding new machines for 2025 if you are actually competent hand winders, because that's what I certainly plan to do, even though I'm perfectly comfortable winding high-efficiency antiques. If I find worth in it why wouldn't they at 79%? Please enjoy your purchases! But I can tune 100 motors here in America to end it!

Show US something on the subject matter buddy besides the keyboards in 2025. It's been 5 years.....since the wire was stripped. Do you have an iota of data on the subject matter? Or do you there on the eastside need the vocational instructors? You certainly will learn a hell of alot more that way than in discussions about absent engineering degrees between two dudes for 12 years.
Hopefully Gerd will open it again. Its eazy to TALK! but where are the numbers? They and the scope never lie. Where are the leaders with any of it?

Nice pictures show how the field lines are distributed as stray flux in the stator slot depending on the rotor position. The guys mainly fill the stator slot at the lowest point where it makes the least sense. Hell is okay and, like you, does a good job in the background for Kontronik, I hired them from IMPHY Alloys. I don't think they understand the data correctly. I used the AFK 502 R and the FP. Insulated with microceramic balls with a maximum diameter of 1 My. The sheets are 0.007 mm thick.
Super thin and the micro ceramic balls give you the highest stator sheet densities for maximum flow.
For a racing engine, the material would be made as thick as possible to achieve maximum rotational thrust.

The one sheet you gave me from your direct drive helicopter is hard to find. Not just anyone can produce laminates so thin. It is very exclusive and high quality in that regard and super fragile as you say. It's hard for them to understand when it is very difficult for their pre school teacher in Dresden to process it correctly. The child laughs at alpha iron but doesn't realize it has a higher permeability than silicon steel is non conductive with very low coercivity. No sheets just a solid billet ferritic iron low loss core. U think they understand it? Since he cant extract from the data I shared the slot wedges put more loss back into the stator a low loss core would allow you a higher Mu wedge and more harmonic dampening into the rotor iron and PM without losing torque output.
NO! they do not understand that, They talk too much on the social media to fully examine the data I share. They believe all the tales and wild conspiracy theories out of Dresden so the rats of N.I.M.H. Holger is not okay when he tries to defend audio smiths fill calculus he ran his chop about the flussperren stator and does know what he is talking about because you can simply notch a tooth tip in the middle and actually reduce torque ripple which increased the static output. It has a similar effect at the v pole because it removed a little iron in the critical area. Any split is going to create a higher resistance in the tooth and drive the flux where there is less resistance. Lincoln Log pre school !

Hydrogen annealed pure Fe has a permeability much higher than CoFe. About 11 times higher.
I talked to Crisco about it years ago and also hydrogen annealing iron filings then using them in a vacuum casting for a low loss composite stator with permeability higher than CoFe.

Ralph is the only one there that showed the ability to wind the machines and he said it didn't work. When I tried to tell him reroute it as usual he said his engine work good enough and hid the engine and data away from Christian and PEM. PEM was circumventing powerditto closed community to see the data and I told Ralph...because PEM was another "Oppenheimer" talking slick to me on the open forum yet he was spying to see Ralph's data. Kind of like Ralph is doing now with me. 👀 They think I'm going to do the work and then give them answers and data while they run their mouths on German social media the other way.

Alot of fallacy has been thrown both ways but it should be clear what's fallacy versus the facts. As a Surgeon or course Ralph has excellent hands. Very steady. In 2025 I sincerely hope that the speeders see the need for a new smart inverter other than a YGE320 and a wind on a HK5050 that will truly facilitate better efficiency with it. Hopefully they can all work together and strive this year towards higher efficiencies. There are alot of solutions. If he won't implement any of them for them then the hobbyist there need to live a little.
If they want to know something they simply need to ask. Christian gives them wonderful ideas. It's up to them to use them.

Hallo Christian,
Aus Spaß habe ich die Eisenspäne bei Wonderwold bestellt. Sie haben eine Maschenweite von 40-60, also eine feine Körnung. Ich werde die Form mit echtem Carnauba beschichten und sie dann im Vakuum mit Hochtemperatur-Epoxid gießen. Vielleicht probiere ich sogar eins aus, das wärmeleitend ist. Ich habe auch noch einen zusätzlichen 14-poligen Pyro 600, dessen Zähne ich einkerben und mit dem Original mit der gleichen Wicklung vergleichen oder stattdessen das entsprechende Hybrid aufwickeln kann.
