The full metal jacket bell is the 20 pin though! You "only" get the PAW with 14P.
Although that's not true:
We had the first test at a time when we didn't have the current propellers yet!
Just thrown into the ring:
With the existing multi-blade with 44.5 incline, it only takes 9550rpm for v 80% 550 km/h.
With FAI-compliant 35V load voltage, this is only 270/V at the operating point!
The actuator load is only as high as with a 10P at twice the speed. and > 20,000rpm are known to be no problem at all.
With 10 or 14P, such a low n spec. is rather not sensibly achievable with the necessary power throughput, but with 20P it can work, if I look at the data of the (smaller) 18N20P.
The necessary power throughput should probably be able to be achieved by a 5-600g motor.
So if you feel like it, you are welcome to try it out - from the theory there seems to be nothing against it.
It's too "modern" for me.

But he doesn't tell you his 18N20P rotor falls apart.but hes more interested in that than this 12N20pole.. is what he posted earlier.... but now the 12N20P is up on the test stand. I though it "rotated" and he had data already????.That's what he just told Christian and you all read that.powercroco

made with 1,32mm wire it is strong enough for 95% of the potential users.
and all "pyro"and "kora" types have the ring just since their beginning!
may be, the shown also was a single case of bad gluing.
beside this pyro: we had 14P motors with spacers or also with 100% magnets inside.
in these sometimes the complete magnet+spacer-ring came loose in one piece, if they were really high loaded.
btw. we found the same effect in 18N20P; when we went to 18N16P all was normal.
"the result were as he expected" is exactly what he said now we gathering data again with adjustable pitch...march 3 2025.

Dr Okon is not at academic science and measure in electronics.. He wont include RELEVANT motor constants so YOU can put the motor into holle's efficiency calculator or any others LIKE I DO...he gives u a bunch of obscure percentages and other such bull s h i t!Attached FilesComment

Wenn eure Flitzer also wollen, können sie das, aber ich verstehe das nicht so; die Rentner dort kommen damit klar. Scheint mir eine riesige Zeitverschwendung zu sein, und ich konzentriere mich nur auf .23 Nm Drehmoment. Und das seit 10 Jahren.
Nun liegen weitere 10 Jahre Hörerfahrung mit über 20 Polen mit Standardrotortopologie und verteilter Wicklung vor ihnen, so alt wie die Zöpfe der schwarzen Pharaonen im Kusch.

If the frame size and lower pole 10 or 14 sets a synchronous speed so high that you need too many turns so the wires have to be small to fit thus the cant carry the necessary current for the power delivery you need.. Seems to me you mean the cell count and esc you have cant carry it. The 34 volt class shouldn't have a minimum voltage? so you have to run big current and short coils. 2,3,and 4s lipo paralleled and a esc that can sink 1000s. At 9500 rpm a 500 - 600 gram 10 or 14 motor I doubt very seriously the p800 < 500 grams cant swing something for a speed plane with enuf wire on it for 10 s lipo.. I have a hard time believing it with the right prop anyway.
Ill throw this cobra in the ring. Its got alot of room for improvement in copper fill and an excellent axial cooling. Its 89.00 LOL! so I could invest in a better core very easily with the savings..

One of my 445 gram 4638 24 slot 22 pole neu motor ourunners will certainly deliver power at the 9500 rpm range . They have a synchronous speed of 1 turn to 1000Kv. Off the shelf it can dump over 5kW its 1 to 1 so I'm sure it can dump 5 Nm. 3 turns delta is 333 Kv. Quiet as hell with and excellent signal. My Castle sensor less ESC's drive anything it seems to me.
Where's the improvement with the lap wound 42XX 20 pole? At 36 volts this gurl saturates at 6.44 kW
These wires can definitely carry it. A 4T delta is 250Kv.

This is the factory P800 fill in a single layer. 12 Turns of 17 Awg. You can see how much more copper I can add on the other arms. But I'm only putting 7 turns of 15 AWG there for a total 24.09mm ^2 in copper cross section in the slot. That's plenty healthy on copper. You see how much you could get in with a single coil winding with no crossover in the slot. I easily fit 24 turns of 17 AWG for the 24.96 mm^2 ccs in the slot winding single coils like a servomotor.Attached FilesComment

"The motor carrier shown in the pictureit ("outer cup") does not belong directly to the engine.
It serves as a cooling surface and dissipates the hot air from the winding and the stator carrier to the outside, preventing it from heating up the actuator and battery additionally. They get warm enough even without the additional heating.
There are also individual pieces in which the star points of the YY wiring have been led outwards into the air stream to improve heat dissipation from the winding ("pigtails")."

So what is he talking about? Nothing has been wound. Those skateboard motors come as you see them. He hasn't done a thing and you all are a joke. You do everything but run a motor and capture constants. 😂 Why would a skate board motor benefit from 60 cogging steps.?
