Can you remind me what those upgraded struts were supposed to be better at than the stock ones? I've long since forgotten about those.

    • TL nose strut to reduce or eliminate potential bounce on grass, Oleos for more scale appearance and possibly reduce/eliminate bounce on asphalt.

Here's how I store mine. Just uses the wing tube and some pipe insulation on the lower tail fins. Click image for larger version

Thank you! I use PanPastels, a fine powder available in many colors. I have a couple of grays, black, some browns etc. and apply them with paint brushes, Q-tips or whatever. It's a very easy way to weather and sealing with a topcoat isn't really necessary- once rubbed in (on an airframe for example) the effect isn't going anywhere.
Discover PanPastel Colors — professional-grade soft pastels in a unique pan format. Blend, layer, and apply with ease to create rich, velvety color and seamless gradients, offering artists a new level of control and creativity.

Thank you for the kind words, Manolo. Our friends at Jet Hangar Hobbies have the pilot figure, you'll want the 1/10 scale guy.
