You guys seem to be under the false assumption that I am the one in charge of telling myself when to begin creating product pages. LOL

I'm right there with ya! I don't have any official word but based on the ETAs of the Avanti S and A-10, I would expect to be notified within the next 10 days or less to start working on the product page.My YouTube RC videos:

Great job Shirty, asses like that DO need to be bitch slapped as Charlie says.
In the meantime, the 'proof is in the pudding' as they say. I don't know where he's coming from with his comment about the 1200 Spitty, I've seen it and watched it fly and its a great bird, same as the rest of the FlightLine line up, which I can personally attest to, having two of them in my Hangar But like you say, if the best he can do is comments like this, then he knows he's on his way out and absolutely HATES the competition!!
In the meantime, while his customers are waiting for spare parts and even batteries to fly their purchases, we'll be up in the air flying ours, hey maybe some (or a lot) of his customers will read his garbage and come over to the Squawk and Motion, we've seen it in the past as you well know.

Mate, I've worked in sales and marketing my whole life pretty much. I've risen to CEO of some very large Aussie companies, ($300-400 million p/a mark), and without trying to sound arrogant, I think I'm pretty much an expert in this industry. I've won awards, been number one in Australia, and placed in the top 5 globally too many years to count. Even one of the companies I own, specialises in training ceos, gm's, sales staff etc.
This sort of "trash-talk stuff" is PROVEN, to only drive interest in your competition, but makes you, (and the company you represent), look petty and unprofessional. As I said, only the worst sort of salespeople resort to bagging their competition. What's worse, is the model isn't even at production stage yet, so he's far from qualified in saying this flightline one "will be wrong, with larger mistakes". He just looks petty.
Motion already know this, I rate their staff and customer interaction very highly. I've never seen motion bag the competition, even with the fms copying thing. They just get on and showcase what's good about THEIR products, as any good salesperson would do.
This bloke really put me off-side with his comments today, but I guess I am very sensitive to this sort of stuff, given my background. Disappointing really.

You have to know when to hold em, know when to fold em. Know when to walk away, know when to bite your tongue.
Our production version should be coming soon. Very excited to formally introduce her to you all. Pilots, meet the most elegant flying machine you'll ever have the pleasure of flying.
ive been watching a lot of documentaries on the Battle of Britain. To hear those gents speak about the Spitfire is really great.
We will never truly know how special a plane she is to fly at 1:1 however we get a glimpse in model form. I can't wait to see how this big beauty handles. At 1600 mil it should be even sweeter to savor than her little sister.
regards chaps
Ryan

Thank you shirty for the compliments. We're not in business to tear others down. The most you will see from us is honest assessment of models, whether they are our own or others. I like to think our collective passion for aviation and RC flying is self evident in everything we do. I believe it's hard to fake that. We're not people trying to get rich and take advantage of customers. We are fellow RC pilots who feel precisely the same as you all do when it comes to maximizing your dollar to fly a model that you can honestly take pride in. I would like to believe that our authenticity speaks for itself.
I don't know the backstory or context of this individual's remarks regarding our product but that's okay. We believe in just focusing on our customers and the product we sell. Customer satisfaction always speaks louder than any negative commentary found on social media. Again, thanks shirty! My YouTube RC videos:

You're more than welcome. Though I would have roasted any vendor (including motion), if Id seen similar comments, its just completely unprofessional, in any industry. You guys do a great job, I've been extremely impressed by your whole team. Ryan and mike do an awesome job showcasing your brands and motion also. I might be the exception from my neck of the woods but it's why I spend my money with you, rather than some cheaper local options (freight costs), for the same thing. As far as I'm concerned, it's a better investment especially in relation to customer service and support, and I'm happy to reward the extra efforts you and your whole team make by giving you my hard earned money, even if it does cost me a little more. I feel like a valued customer with motion and am in a relationship, not just a number on the internet. Keep up the great work mate, and big kudos to your whole team. You've got some really great blokes working at motion.
Ps: And most importantly, you guys have EARNT my continued business and loyalty, time and time again in my dealings with you. I can't say the same from your competition.

Im with you. I wish that they would give a little imformation as to when this might occur. I cant understand why nothing else has been released from aros like he did the a10. Some consider this plane just as important as the a10 and even more so to some of us. Why isn't the spitfire getting at least almost as much attention:Confused:.Dewey l

She's in production. My guess is that we want to wait for solid numbers for the preorder to eliminate the group 1 group 2 scenario. It happens where we order x amount but get y amount and subsequent ships fulfill the rest of the initial order. This throws off pre order timing and projections in a big way. Shouldn't be long now. Don't worry this beautiful Spitfire will be getting the attention it deserves.
tally ho!

Nothing nefarious I assure you. It's merely a matter of staggering the models so they are not all coming out at the same time. The A-10 and Avanti were ahead of schedule over the Spit hence the wait. I should be starting the product page sometime this week which means pre-sale will be right around the corner. My YouTube RC videos:
