So you were finally right about one thing, but it wasn't the electric motors. Your 4225 iron and wind failed the torque and power test. Don't forget that. It's no different with you. You can't do math instead to promote Scorpion correctly either. You need a manual...and are also a fallacy boss. That failed to bring the new scorpion 40 up yourself promoting that old 4225 not knowing it makes less power and torque indeed....
Now youll say something but there is a dyno there according to the website. You should sit your 5050 engine in it. And on a scale! I got something for it....

Hi Christian is there a complete 12n20P winding and it running in a video ? what inverter did you use and at what voltage. What is the Kv. How much copper is in the slot?Do I believe it is better unless I see some data from it other than the voltage it generates compared to another set of coils wound differently? You ask me alot of irrelevant question of but when did this 20 pole hit the market and win world championships? Do you have any data lo gs of it running a load?
Is there any FFT capture verifying it is indeed harmonically clean on the outrunner format? Does the pocket scope not have that abiility?
Do i get more fallacy for these question and you unwilling to produce a BEMF FFT harmonic capture of the 20 pole or 10 pole wundermotor? Can I see it run? What I would need is a complete wind running with fft capture and constants recorded here. Until then I cant even feed anything into a calculator for modeling so it means zero to me. I'm sure test already confirmed a million years ago. The winding certainly isn't new and a tool like DrDaoud Ouamara's Anfractus can show you every possible wind that will generate torque on specific geometry. It uses matrices to find them, Right an exact with mathematics. The Dr holds a PHD in electrical engineering. 😁
Lets see it run child prodigy and record some constants from it. So we can make some relevant calculations about its performance as compared to something else. One of my hybrids perhaps. Through all fallacy I will continue to ask for the relevant information pertaining to the subject matter!!! When you leave some relevant running data about it then you can make a valid comparison to something that i have done here.
I have a high end scrap box with some specialized equipment and power system configurations.....if you all would like to start comparing numbers again.

Conclusion
An automated procedure for winding generation based on the matrix representation has been presented. The research software is called “ANFRACTUS Tool 1.0”. The latter allow two inputs, the first one is about the winding generation process and only a few parameters are required, such as the slots, phases and layers number. The second input consist of poles number and do not interact in the generation process. The method used is well explained in details, flowchart with an example are given to best comprehension of the approach. It is clear that is applicable with all input parameters (viz., slots, phases and layers num ber). The tool allows the adequate choice of winding by comparing spatial harmonic content for each winding obtained after the generation process, also the wave form of the total MMF. The vector representing the f irst phase is displayed with the winding drawing (ordiagram). The user will be able to review all possi ble windings and have a global idea for the choice to make. The concept of juxtaposed and superposed coils is introduced, thereby a comparison of the same winding with the two disposition is possible. The tool is under a continuous amelioration and in ulterior versions, the software will be linked with an (semi-)analytical model to perform the optimal design of electrical machines, estimate the copper mass used, calculate self-/mutual-inductances. The tool take as output parameters, the feasible windings represented by matrix. Hence, a connection with a semi-analytical model, based on subdomain technique [44] or magnetic equivalent circuit [45, 46], is possible. Since this latter have matrix representing the winding, as an input parameter. The winding factor estimation will be associated by another tool (under finalisation stage). This latter will be linked with this one exposed in this paper. A perspective may be applied as an alternative of this one presented, it consists to determine the associated winding from the waveform of the magnetic f lux density. We have not yet developed this method; it will be studied after more reflection

So you can show it completely wound and running with some measure constants and CU fill numbers if you want your doggy treat for it from the best hand winders.

Hi Christian,
From your EMF data all you have shown me so far is the fundamental phase voltage difference with a larger inductor off generation from the coils of a single quadrant of the machine .
The full IEEE hybrid winding with no amendments to the iron does that and so much more.

Asymmetrical 22N22P open end winding You need a 6 channel bridge to run her. Very clean harmonically excellent traction.
Pavel tells me if I build the bridges Talega can control it very well.The original work Is based on space vector control and that's what Talega is. Some of the most sophisticated in the world.

The winds ratio is delta turns = wye turns(√3)
Do a 4 turn wye outer and a 7 turn delta inner and you test it against a 11 turn wye or what ever wye brings you the same Kv and see what you get in constants.
Then test the fallacy and epithet for its effectiveness as an alternative motor winding or drive scheme. The very topic of this thread .
At least Ralph can be quiet here if he has nothing positive to say. He doesn't need to try to thrust a scorpion as the reference machine into every discussion.

They say they are not interested but actually subscribed and waiting for these post. A competitive winder from the USA literally takes food off the table that normally they would eat. They are highly interested more so that the average modeler and def want US to fail

In my opinion, this combination has never been shown in public before.
A stator wound for 12N4P and a 20P bell to go with it.
Together 12N20P 4535. So not on a 4225 basis as suspected above.
The magnets are 7.2mm wide, so they most likely come from the HK 4035 V1.
Because of the magnets, the bell from the production of Stefan Vielsack, the stator carrier from Stefan Baier and the black painted scorpion stator package with the black insulating discs and white paper inlets, I think that the stuff should be from about 2011-2013.
As suspected, the CL had already been kicked out of the PCF.
So he probably had this idea himself in his thread and not just assimilated it.
Winding seems to be a 5x1.0.
If this is to run again, it will probably have to be renewed, but then with the current Kapton slot inserts.
Let's see if and when I can and want to pull myself together.
In the same (scrap) box you found btw. also some 24N 42 stator packages from Skorpion.

ill give Ralph credit at least he will back himself up with a wind and it does not take him 4 years. He is the best there on that forum obviously Good job and make sure you post the relevant data to the Wunder motor. The hybrids Kw is 1,03 and can achieve more fill btw. You see clearly the advantage it has.
Thanks for having the ability to actually wind a complete machine to test versus fallacy. What's the fill Ralph and can you beat it with the concentrated wind just ask yourself that.

The funny thing about this "new wind" is everyone already knows FSCW has much more fill potential that's why industry left it and have found ways to attenuate the harmonics of fractionally slotted concentrated winds. Dr Islam and Dieter Gerling both have winds that are actually semi concentrated so they take the best of both worlds. Dr isalms wind has a winding factor higher than1. These winds have coils spans of 2.
The wind may have not been on a hobby forum b4 but it definitely has been investigated already . Almost ever configuration has LOL!

Industry highest efficiency motor have replace distributed wind with something like this Now it may take 4 years to wind this one but it wont be done in 5 minute by ANYONE!!!!
