The truth is still that nobody knows Hubert Hargett. Nobody knows anything about Hubert, nothing. Hubert has never taken part in a single competition, nobody has ever seen him. Only now has a pilot flown a rewound Kontronik motor on the Brenner gearbox. Nothing else. And the winding is just a normal YY wired winding, so something very old. His model boats have never seen water and if they did, they would sink quickly. Hubert, at 53, has only had one rubber duck in the water so far.

You know me and the facts that my hand wound Eta is 2.5-3% better than yours..... you also know that difference efficiency equates 1.5 to 2Xs more throughput power than yours at the applicative load of 141 amperes . It it also much lighter and has a higher power density I have those calculations if you would like to see them. 👀

If the Motor Fuhrer likes Holles calculator here is the small 14 pole pyro 600. The inverter was set at 15 Degrees timing and the amp limit set at 275 amperes on the castle. I also logged the bell temperature for 3 minutes at approximately a 1000 watt load. Which would be the 12x4 APC on 4s lipo. Once I regress the function of bell temp over time I'll plot it so we can have something to compare the hybrid winds bell temp to

Hallo, unsere Innenläufer auf einem Getriebe erzeugen mehr Drehmoment, weil sie einen höheren Wicklungsfaktor als die 2-Pol-Motoren und einen kleineren Luftspalt haben. Es sind BLDC-Motoren, keine Sinus-Fehlanpassung mit einem Sechsstufenantrieb, was nicht ideal ist und Wellen erzeugt. Mit einem Castle-Wechselrichter ist also nichts besser als das angepasste BLDC-System mit einem Castle- oder Nue 12N4P-Motor, der bereits mit installierten Hallsensoren geliefert wird. Synchronisation würde mit einem Nutkeil oder der richtigen Wicklung in Ihrem Außenläufer viel später auftreten.

I got that stuck 52100 stainless bearing outer race out of the pyro 14 turn I'm tuning. I was able to id grind it and collapse one side of the race so it lost its interference fit and it came right out.

Another 650 out the door. For a F3A pilots VLV contra drive .

This particular hobbyist may want UDL with his ceramic bearings. The process is 15 dollars per bearing. So you're talking about 90.00 dollars in the three bearings..

Tracing the y component of a circle while going around the circle results in a sine wave (red). Tracing the x component results in a cosine wave (blue). Both waves are sinusoids of the same frequency but different phases.

THIS Traces cosine and sine functions from the unit circle using a single vector. The cosine value is a horizontal distance on the circle and a vertical distance on the wave. A 45 degree line graphically shows the exact translation from horizontal to vertical. If using complex math, the vertical is the imaginary axis and the horizontal is the real axis. An electrical engineer understands crest factor and the lengths ee's go through to reduce it. DC has a crest factor of 1 and sinus has a crest factor of √2 a triangular wave crest factor is √3.

The average power of the signal is the peak output power divided by the crest factor; Mathematically the smaller denominator typically will make more average power in that case because the trap is around 1.3 as it is a combination of the square and triangular waves whereas the sinus is 1.41,.....

This also tells you that the points at the top of the traditional HK SL BLDC signature is not ideal and if you can flatten it like DC you are better off with the lower crest factor.

In the 12N10P single layer which doesn't produce a sinus can use tooth tip asymmetry on the D axis and tooth notching on the Q axis and improve overall performance of the motor and reduce torque ripple. Both methods are removing iron from the original core in the right places as I have posted.
