I have two more to do but the stand is coming along so hopefully we can run a couple today.. You see on the eastside no one is touching the 7 X10 all of a sudden. Stay here with US and stay sucker free. No reason at all to hide the truth from you unless its trash...
I'm never hiding in the shadows.... going of a week silent.
No Ralph the facts is
You can post the bs but UHU is not for securing motor coils and lets go at 100C . and these are the results of what the pilots actually do . So when will you give them a better motor??? Clearly they exceed the temperature you posted and your motor takes out their 600.oo yge 320.'s the rotors are also running into demag which points to temperatures well over 180C The photos clearly tell the story of Powercroco motors.
You need to worry about your owin handcrafting is Germany. This is ISO quality standard approved. Do you see the holes????
Its also a pure insulator like Powercroco's UHU with very little thermal conductive property. The solder joints look ****ty too.
There is no nice fillet on the wire which point to a poor solder joint!
But there wont be class for the motor morons with no data today!
Only post to benefit the interested hobbyist will be shared today. You are not doing anything outstanding in Germany. Its the same old nonsense and it runs like it too..
Benard 320
You should keep your mouth closed and mind your own horrible business.
You want to see the hybrid wind work and this electrical bearing shielding. This is extremely interesting for the real ones. Dr Okon him self will camp here literally all day for just a glimpse of what I am about to freely share with you. We use data to learn not compete with fools, so that is the difference when you are not involved with ignorant vendors in your technical sections. I work on electric motors because they have be an interest since I was around 4 years old. That's 50 years.. I do not do it for a profit. The hobbyist requested me to do it on a service level. They sought me. I didn't solicit a soul.. ITS A "MONOLOG" REMEMBER??? For the time I spend with the motors.... yes they have to pay me to fix issues like broken off motor bolts or winding upgrades and materials that far exceed what they previously had in the COTS machine.
This literary device is purposeful and effective in storytelling as it provides the reader/audience details about a character and the plot. In addition, monologue is a useful method for writers to share the internal thoughts of a character as well as their backstory to enhance the reader’s understanding of the character’s motivations and importance to the narrative.
It has been necessary when dealing with you two toxic untruthful individuals on our technical forums. You have required dirty laundry be aired. Just mind your business and we good, but I got your "stupid American".
U2 are ignorant ass Germans. A real disgrace to the brilliant minds there.
Take another look boys. Its just one wire serial all the way around the motor in every slot. Its just like the shielding for great audio cables. One end is open the other end you can put a lug on it and you connect it to the motor frame. In Munich Dr Gerling is using closed circuit copper loops in the flux barriers with asymmetric tooth tips, which is actually less iron in the right places. That way they don't need the frame ground. Alot of research is currently being done on the most effective methodologies on the winding tech.. The idea is saves the bearings from corrosive triplen and electrically shield the slot noise. You will have to play with the diameters for best effect but you don't use large diameter. <500Um. In this particular PHd study they also wrapped the end turns helically with the shielding wire between each slot station and dropped the shaft voltage 2/3rd's versus just halving. Which is still significant. It will be best utilized in an slot wedge . This would be more beneficial to a full steel bearing like a NMB than a ceramic in my opinion because the ceramic ball insulates the shaft from the frame . That is partly why I find it a shame some one would try to block you from it or improving you motor in that area of its construction.

Reason: nificant
This 18 AWG, 240°C Magnet Wire from Remington Industries is built to meet the demands of unusual environments where extreme heat, radiation, chemicals, and more must be accounted for. Meeting the NEMA MW 16-C standard for operating temperature (240°C/464°F) and insulation makeup, this wire is perfect for use in windings & components in applications including nuclear, medical, and aerospace.
If a hobby engine exceeds 100C in its application (hobby) it is overloaded! You need a more powerful motor or a smaller prop.
This is a poorly wicked thick poise pure insulator and excessive for no reason. Powercroco says its good and does it to his motors, but It traps the heat in the wire raising the working resistance and UHU softens at the motor full power rating which is denoted as100C by the manufactures. You can also see the micro bubbles in it. Those will be hotspots and what VIP actually cures that but this is the incorrect material all together. The kapton isn't necessary here because the enamel was intact. Just another thermal resistor was added for no reason to this particular winding. It is not a bare stator. This whole setup actually robs the motors thermal efficiency which can be huge at high loading..
Smart engineers over engineer a device they don't make it just good enough with sub par materials not designed for the application then hand it to someone for a speed competition at a competition grade price. That's called a rip off folks!
Ralph should ask Lucass in the 12N10P why the coil on tooth utilizes less iron with the coil on the split tooth to make more torque than the conventional solid thick tooth single layer. There is less iron here overall as well. But I said no class today. Think about it, and later on we will examine this hiccup in his absolute theory. Which is really nothing but a sales ploy for his design in the middle of your technical sections....
They think Americans are stupid and they pretty much have been playing you that way for the last 12 years.
Look how simple the solid state commutation circuit has become. This has alot of possible rc and bench applications. A digital pot can also be controlled by a micro controller .
