Here is Jimmy's water brake gifted from Ed Kalfus! The Rockwell ME JA .90s full billet blocks do 7.2 hp at 32,000 rpm His Grandson was at Texas A&M for engineering and has all the equipment. I don't know him and have no contacts. All this equipment is still out there somewhere. I hope he knows what he has. PURE GOLD! When I tell you Okon hasn't done anything. He hasn't

If Dr Okon remembers the Scale boat that holds the 2 lap record with a 4035 skorpion. This is my friend's that owns that boat Inertial Dyno. They also tuned and hold the 27cc gas rigger SAW record off of it.. this is what you should build with a longer smaller diameter drum for a fast electric boat. It does a good job of simulating the type of load you see in boat SAW.

Oh they are typing now I see.. Thought so......
Its still BS against the 4225 it only had slightly more torque at the prop. It was no where near 40% more. Try single digit improvemnt..40 percent more is a damn fantasy. This speaks nothing to the ratio of the main pm versus the radial components. With the Halbach that's how it works. Just because it has a Halbach topology does not mean it is optimized and generates more torque and efficiency. that a well built radial machine. .
He hasnt even run this machine so until then its ALL bs! Weve already seen these old ass surface area calculations but wave also see the real comparison at the prop. that throws the theory clear out the door.
And still no explanation why slotless machines with no teeth work so well.
He types the same crap over and over again from yesteryear. not a thing has changed. You have another rotor that hasnt run.
LETS GO A LITTLE FURTHER and post the RMP.

Do the forums a favor Lucas an generate some real data from the rotor yuu showed them not a general purpose flux chart.. Turn a prop with the bs! Please.
and no you haven't answered if it makes any more torque than the normal 41 rotor because I know it doesn't its only lighter. If it is prove it with real data..
Thats simple .The static photo of the 14 pole topology doesn't mean a thing in reality. You want a cookie for it bring some data with it
By the way The anonymous tab is only another form of deception into the forums. You dont want anyone to say youre in class here huh?
Lies seem to be typical there.

Its eazy to type hype! but I'm still waiting for a man to step up to the plate. Its been 30 days since you said you would turn it!!!! At 40% more torque who wouldn't jump rite into a proxy war? UR FOS! the 41 only made slightly more torque at the prop than the lighter 4225. It's nearly 100 grams lighter. Not even close to 40% more. Not even a fraction of that was displayed empirical at the prop.which turned the same rpm with both motors BTW. so where is the empirical gain in speed???
You need also to answer Rene!. Max flux density comes when the tooth is as wide as the PM. what you've been screaming for 12 years. So you need to elaborate your ideas more clearly because you contradict yourself

And like a genius u terminated it in a parallel delta which you know is noisy as hell in the AC. If funny how if scorpion has it optimized yet you examine the topology of so many other brands so closely.. Open slots lose alot esp at low rpm. The coils are on the wrong teeth anyway whose shoes should exceed the magnet pitch. The teeth widths are the same so it is wrong. The salient poles should be thinner and tha make room for the copper.

You want a higher resistance in the thin salient poles so the flux goes predominately through the thick teeth of the single layer machine. Current will follow the path of least resistance. Its a basic principle in electronics. When you finally learn how to listen is probably when you find favorable results that differ from your failed experiments. Testing the emf of the different topologies is quite easy and inexpensive if you print the test stacks in PLA/Carbonyl. When u find the answer then you redo it in silicon steel. The composite stack should have great field weakening capability. Higher copper to iron content. Id wind them for high voltage to keep the amps down. there they can find useful applications . Like a windmill generator perhaps. This should be more effective than a generator made out of steel bolts, wood and copper coils. Like you see floating around on you tube.

You can also print a thin shell then vacuum pack it with iron filings and high temp epoxy. The PLA shell is thin and just insulation like enamel over the iron. Its not a big deal since the high temp PLA can withstand 180 degrees Celsius. Think about this design methodology for a low loss core and odd geometries like the flussperren 14 pole and then there is the Alpha Iron for a solid core. It can be milled directly from the Iron block Ralph!

That said don't sit here looking stupid on this forum go execute something REMOTELY worthwhile on the German social media . You keep crying about copper space but cannot seem to understand the LMT has 70 percent fill with w 20 ton press. You are not close to that. It is not a hand wound motor so injecting it into the winders forum was ignorant as hell and inappropriate anyway. That's Chris's **** The vendors friends should get lost in the technical; sections.
Gerd should measure everything from the both of you and just post the truthful result. U2 will lie for the win.
That's been displayed a million times already. like recording ETA at zero degrees timing when you run at >20 degrees.
Danke,
Hubert
