Witzig, dass du sagst, das sei mit 111 m/s Luftstrom möglich, obwohl die Wicklung deines 3225-Motors nicht axial angeströmt ist und deine Flugzeuge mit „direkter“ Axialkühlung und >152,77778 m/s Luftstrom auf deiner Grillseite stehen.

Und selbst wenn diese Darstellung stimmen würde, wäre der Wirkungsgrad etwa 10 % niedriger als bei einem richtig dimensionierten 4638-Motor. Wie kann das also toll sein? Ein Motor dieser Größe soll 2 PS oder etwa 1400 Watt verbrauchen. Davon sind nur etwa 5600 Watt nutzbar, also wird dieser Schwachsinn nicht lange halten.

In einem Flugzeug leistet der 3225-Motor nur etwa 4 kW und bleibt auch nach dem Abkühlen am Leben. Was Sie gezeigt haben, ist, dass alles über 5600 Watt wirklich unsinnig ist und er bei weit über 90 Ampere nicht lange hält.

Er lebt anscheinend noch in der DDR-Zeit, um dir so etwas in einer individuellen Geschwindigkeitsabstimmung zu geben.

Lass dir das von Ralph erklären und dir als Beweis ein paar Volllastdaten zeigen.

Ask the pink crocodile the price for a real 50 mm stack of Vacodur? There are also different CoFe percentages that he leaves out because the clueless amateurs aren't well-informed enough to know the variations and details of VAC products or to ask about them. The CoFe stacks are for 50 mm, the children's cable motor wasn't 50 mm, but they already forgot about that in Ralph's nonsensical post. I guess a mouse wouldn't also notice the moving goalpost. No mention has been made of the improvement in silicon utilization that could be accomplished by the use of single as opposed to paralleled silicon die or phase legs. Further, the DC-link capacitance will reduce for the 2× 3-phase system. This work will be reported elsewhere.~

In order to achieve the current carrying capacity of copper, a pure aluminum conductor must have a cross-section that is about 56% larger than copper. This increase in size can complicate installation and design processes, especially in confined environments. The small motors simply don't have enough space to save weight without having to accept significant performance losses. To transmit the same current as a 13 AWG (1.828 mm diameter) copper cable, it needs about 11 AWG (2.305 mm diameter). The man can never reach the necessary turns to deliver the same power. Even if he could tuck the cable into his big butt, the weight saving wouldn't mean much. With the same diameter, the pink croc with the pink children's cable can expect a power reduction of 63%.

An ambitious performance pilot can determine his outrunners local iron losses. Using an inverse thermal model (ITM), iron losses can be determined from transient thermal measurements. Assuming the materials are isotropic where the thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity are not temperature dependent the general heat diffusion equation can be used and is expressed as:

At steady state the first equation states that power generation or absorption of a specific volume of material is equal to it's local temperature distribution.

And so to start you would load the motor to a small power level and wait for the temperature to level out and remain steady in different sections of the stator whether it be the tooth tips or stator tooth yolk you want to investigate.

This is your initial starting point for the Inverse Thermal Model or (ITM)

The inverse thermal model will allow you to determine losses in a local areas of the machine by measuring the slope of temperature rise to steady state temperature equilibrium in those local areas immediately at instantaneous incremental power increases.

Ich werde heute Abend den Speedcore für meine Cobra 5340 entwerfen. Christian hat mir den Link zu VAC gegeben, und die haben mir von ihrer Laserwerkstatt in den USA erzählt, also werde ich das Schneiden wahrscheinlich dort machen lassen, wenn nicht bei Polaris Laser. Dr. Hendershot hat mich dorthin verwiesen. Ich frage mich, ob der Typ, der sich hier mit meinem blöden Spitznamen einloggt, weiß, wer er ist. Dr. Hendershot hat den Prius-Motor entworfen, Ralph. Für das Geld, das Speedpiloten für eine Powercroco-IED bezahlen, bekomme ich nicht nur einen dickeren Getriebekern, sondern auch einen aus VACOFLUX. Der ist nicht so teuer wie CoFe, aber viel besser als einfache Siliziumstahl-HKs, für die Piloten in Deutschland den Typen mit den rosa Krokodilen bezahlen. Sein EVO oder CoFe wird sicher nicht leistungsstärker sein, weil sein Rotor nur früher ausfällt. VAC verwendet Magnesiumoxid-Isolierung

VACOFLUX® X1 wurde speziell für den Einsatz in Elektromotoren entwickelt und schließt die Lücke zwischen Silizium-Eisen- und 49% Kobalt-Eisen-Legierungen. Motoren mit der 17% Kobalt-Eisen-Legierung VACOFLUX X1 erzielen eine deutlich höhere Leistung als Elektrostahl und sind gleichzeitig deutlich günstiger als Motoren mit 49% Kobalt-Eisen.
