Alternative motor windings and drive schemes

In America,
If I ran two of these in a dual 3 phase configuration it will support 160 amperes for 10 seconds across each motor and 120 continuous. The problem with this is it doesn't support motor telemetry. You could still use it, you'd just lose that option. Since I want to use this as a test bed to look at the flight card features with respect to motor control I want the motor telemetry.



I could set one up to run a single motor wired to operate in 4 quadrants as 4 part motors and strap the full 240 continuous/320 peak current across the entire motor.

You can configure it and the firmware with your smartphone. Its ready for all the modern protocols.

BTW I received the Mark 4 seven inch FPV frame. For the 2807's I've assembled it already. I'll start adding a piece at a time. The quality of the carbon fiber is pretty impressive for 27 dollars USD. It's rigid. Now the question which motor.... The AOS or the EMAXX....but you will not find a brother hobby or a powercroco old 10 pole hand grenade in it if I want it to go faster Ralph . The tech you are on is from the early 2000s But this will not be that...

Ill start working on the flight controller connections, camera, etc. I think I'm going to dive it with APD or Aikon inverters. I really think I want to switch to the Speedybee FC. I will have to see.

Der Unterschied zwischen einem Cobra 5340 OEM-Kern und einem Scorpion 50-Serienkern in der Zahnbreite beträgt nur 340 Mikrometer (100 Mikrometer über 1/4 mm), also sagen Sie ihm, er soll Ihnen die Rechnung zeigen

Dr. Okon hat offensichtlich keine Ahnung von Geometrie! Länge x Breite x Tiefe ergeben die Gesamtmasse eines Zahns. Der Unterschied in der Zahnlänge beträgt beim Cobra 3000 Mikrometer (3 mm), er hat also mehr Eisen unter der Spule als ein Scorpion 5040 von der Stange und der längere Hebelarm kann physikalisch mehr Drehmoment erzeugen. Er hat 14 Pole und eine erheblich größere Magnetabdeckung als der alte Hooptie 10-polige Scorpion. Mein getunter Cobra hat eindeutig ein viel besseres Lager als die serienmäßigen NMB-Lager.

Der Doktor würde sich mit seinen billigen Lagern nicht an die Herausforderung des Freilaufs wagen. Eine meisterhaft modifizierte Cobra hätte einen Kern mit Zähnen, die deutlich über 4 mm breit sind. Der Scorpion wäre im Vergleich dazu deutlich untermotorisiert. Ich würde ihm gerne dabei zusehen, wie er bei der Verfolgung von uns verbrennt.

Mit einem Motor, der nur 8000 nutzbare Watt bei einer ETA well below unter 85 % auf dem Dyn-Meter liefert.

A scorpion HK4540 Ultrimate is 719 grams It cost 600.00 usd it does not have axial cooling and produces empirically 454 km/h at the BSC in the 1% highly modified wood rocket. The Neu 4638 only weighs 445 grams off the shelf. No aluminum winding is needed. The motor is already light.

The 22 pole Neu would be already appropriate for axial cooling of the windings direct or through a turbo cool spinner.
There is no way the 3225 XNova in direct drive willl make its torque I'ts 55 mm in external diameter. This thing can pull some prop.
See the magnet coverage Dr Okon? Do you see the hardened motor shaft is actually bolted to the bell? An excellent candidate for a 1%er.

A standard 4638 289 kV neu motor on 16s Lipo 2500 mAh 80/100C cells and the APD HV 20S drive on a GM 10x23 can deliver 28 pounds of thrust at a pitch speed of 509 km/h at only 60 amps. The ETA there is 90.4% the motor temp level at 100C.

Genau das meine ich. Versuchen Sie mal, 145 Ampere aus dem kleinen Xnova herauszuholen. Vergessen Sie nicht, ich habe hier einen mit dem P32 Maxon 3,8:1-Getriebe. Jetzt erzählt er Ihnen, dass Sie so schnell fahren können wie ein Steve Neu 4638-Motor mit 7000 kW bei 37.000 U/min im Vergleich zu 3500 Watt bei 14.500 U/min und 60 Ampere. Er will die doppelte mechanische Leistung aus den kleineren Motoren herausholen und das bei besserer Effizienz? Ich sage Ihnen, das wird nicht passieren. Bei 145 Ampere werden die kleinen Motorwicklungen sehr heiß, und wenn Sie sie über einen längeren Zeitraum laufen lassen, brennen sie durch. Die Leitung dort wird empirisch sehr ineffizient sein.

Der unveränderte xnova 3225 verfügt über einen geschlossenen Radiallüfter. Eine direkte axiale Kühlung der Wicklungen ist auch mit einem vorinstallierten Turbo Cool Spinner o.ä. nicht möglich, wenn dieser extern vor dem Rumpf montiert ist.

Ich verstehe das Design sowieso nicht, da die Aluminium-Endkappe bereits gefräst ist, sodass kein zusätzliches Joch oben erforderlich ist. Um Gewicht zu sparen, würden die Joche in einem Stück und auf einer Ebene in die Kappe eingearbeitet. Der schwere Hamburger aus Joch und Endkappe ergibt für mich keinen Sinn. Die Xnova-Endkappe ist abnehmbar und ermöglicht direkten Zugang zu den Wicklungen und Radiallüfterblättern. Wenn Sie also Ihre eigene Kappe fräsen, bohren Sie einige axiale Zugangslöcher für eine direkte axiale Luftkühlung. Das ist alles leichter und deutlich leistungsfähiger.

Ein geschlossener Radiallüfter ist unter einem gerichteten NACA-Kanal viel sinnvoller. Da er eigentlich für einen Hubschrauber gedacht ist, ist er für radialen, nicht axialen Luftstrom ausgelegt.

Its only 22 awg at the largest and does not need to be painted. You are funny because a large gauge would run over 100 dollars USD per foot if it wer available. . 22 awg is 12.50 a foot so a 1000 feet is 12,500 dollars USD.
