As far as a a steady state dyno you can just point two identical motors to one another and use an inverter on the load motor in regenerative freewheel mode. You have a totally variable brake for the DUT motor then and can dump the rectified wattage back into a battery, halogen light bulb stack, or large heater core element.

You can aliso turn an eddy current brake on the lathe and CNC router and use old hard drive platens space out on a spindle with a tangential fixture that can traverse an array of neodymium in between the hard drive platters.

I guess also you misunderstood his rectangular coils. What he suggested is that his company made piece wise coils by manufacturing a prefabricated pre insulated modular coil piece that could be stacked helically by building the helical coil layer by layer by welding the prefabricated modules together. If you are silly enough to sit there and paint the wire then you could build the coil with thick mil aluminum or copper tape with solder and the insulating varnish. That really time consuming , like trying to help you, but so is painting pink bs on the wire. At least this would deliver something worthwhile. I guess you do not understand how to enable or execute these ideas given to you eons ago. You are floundering around like a halibut wasting valuable time with your life.

To wind an aluminum coil and optimize it for high power density you would run it in a flat helical format in the parallel slot. Apparently you misunderstood Luke and what to do with the coils. What he tried to tell you as you wind the coil on a mandrel the press it in a billet former designed appropriately for expansion. The nice paper he offered you gave details on the manufacture of the mandrels and specifics on how much you could press the wire before the insulation failed. What he suggested to you is you could do it at home. You perverted everything and made a mess with pink paint on hobby lobby jewelry wire versus CCA. The pure aluminum needed to the anodized in aluminum oxide not pink bull s hit. You contract a wire haus to get that done. You mess up the execution of every good Idea we have given you.

Pressing the wire is how you get the space the aluminum needs to equal copper back and still get more turns and the lighter motor at the same time. Click image for larger version Name:	shocked.gif Views:	0 Size:	542 Bytes ID:	433807

See the 500 micron precision ground shims? You want to stay off the shields.

That's only half a mm but the precision ground shim is going to give you a set incremental increase in clearance if you need that. The idea is to remove drag obviously and lower idle currents.

Another one out the door. A 9 turn 14 pole pyro 600 for a Brenner contra drive V4.

If you don't build the motors the correct way with 3 upgraded bearings that have been specially coated then lubricated 2 stock steel bearings wont last long in the planetary coaxial contra drive and you can end up with a locked rotor in your beautiful bi-planes.

    Don't do it!

I have 4 more of these to do and then a P650.

Thank you for your time and patience,

I also told you long ago if the resistance of the motor is indeed lower than the inverter you may run into impedance matching issues but again you do not listen and are very hard headed Ralph Okon.

Please enjoy the German social media because currently there is no technical value in the motor section of rc-network.de aka crocoworld!

    Thanks,

    ~AI~

Do you see that eve AI knows drone motors desync just like the rest. It's the inverter control that makes the difference. Like your 40,000 rpm 10 pole 3225 turning is 250 Erpm and that is at the limit of a yge's commutation speed capability. 7 Kilo fundamental also generate alot of electrical noise but Croco world is too advanced for a slot wedge.

So Its likely user error if its not the raggedy inverter you use for the setup.

    Hallo Dr.,

    Hi,
I have a full set of 7X15E/P and 7X11E/P APC's for the drone plus another singular propeller of each for airplane projects on the way from APC direct. I'm still waiting for the torque cradle sensor, but I can get my hand on the I2C based hall trigger for the tach. I need to 3dp spacers to go between each EV cell so the Lexus EV buss bars and everything lines up nice and neat. A bench that truly takes accurate mechanical power measure is the most valuable tool I could ever have to know the real power and efficiency of a demigod motor .

This Clugh F3A Pyro 600 wound with 240C* wire is 1.08 mm in diameter Dr Okon and if they want to strap a 7 x 15 APC to it on 12s lipo they may but Ill be damned if tell a hobbyist on social media they will get any more than 5Kw usable out of it!

I have the propellers and can remanufacture them in carbon fiber if they think they can fly 500 km/h with it.
