I'm currently building A mousetrap to snap a mouses head clean off for chasing a deceptive piper.
I just got pure copper buss bars and flanged stainless steel bolts made for a Lexus EV for my 36 EV cells that will supply the torque cradle. The Artemis open logger has the real time clock so the only thing left is I will have to use a hall sensor for the tach because the Qwiic I2C plug n play protocol from sparkFUN does not support a raw optical tach. They do have one with a hall sensor, so I'll have to use a ferrous trigger wheel to plot the rpm. I already have the 50 pound load cell and amplifier that has the quicc I2c connection option, so Ill be able to measure thrust if id like to. A duplicate I2C capable load cell amplifier is also used to record the reactionary torque sensor readings.
The last pieces are wattmeter's for the front end. With the Qwiic network you can daisy chain up to 32 I2C devices into the open logger plug n play!! You can bring any I2C device in with the adapter above.
