Alternative motor windings and drive schemes

[Clugh]

Marian from YGE told the doctor that intelligent thermal protection makes sense. So why doesn't The Dr automatically offer the thermistor already attached to the pigtail or iron of his motor for speed flight? No, he's constantly lying and watching your inverters explode, claiming YGE doesn't understand how his own devices work and they limit his motor.

Alternatively he tells you he is not going to pay for an APD it cost too much. What does he want then because he cannot build an inverter himself

and also wont use scorpions great drive....

His motor has problems no inverter in the world currently can solve. What a problem child.

Hey peter. Google AI understand it though LOL
What are Load Reactors?

Load reactors, also known as line reactors, are inductive devices used in power distribution systems. They are typically installed on the output side of variable frequency drives (VFDs) and serve several important functions, including:

• Filtering Electrical Noise: Load reactors help filter out unwanted electrical noise and harmonics that can damage sensitive equipment and cause system failures.

  1
• Reducing Harmonic Distortion: They minimize harmonic distortion caused by VFDs, which can lead to inefficiencies and potential damage to motors and other equipment.

  2
• Protecting Equipment: Load reactors protect motors and cables from high peak voltages and fast rise times (dV/dt) that can occur in VFD applications, especially over long distances.

haven't they been told umpteen times the hybrid wind attenuate unwanted harmonics....

Andrealin, my next speeder after the ZwoaDrittl | RC-Network.de

[Clugh]

I suppose Dr Okon will ruin more technical forums telling the hobbyist semi magnetic slot wedges also do not work so he can sell more antiquated windings and engines without them.

Man i really wish this site had a members only BLOG capability where I could keep this dude away from the tech. I'm using for people like AJ that I want to show you. . I guess as long as he is here in the closet I cannot share everything. with the forum. Him just being here is not violation. He is smart enough that he does that remotely in Germany, so the BLOG option would be nice for us. if a claim was made i could show you the facts with a little restriction on who could see it.

He says it doesn't work remotely then I'm supposed to be stupid enough to show him everything we got down to the last detail.....

That will not happen.

later I have things to do. If it doesn't work don't use and move on suckas....

Dr Okon can tell those 8 cats that believe him what ever he wants to. They only compete in HIS events...in the real world with real pilots they mid .

If he is that ignorant that presents a unique advantage over him competitively but I just don't want him lying to hobbyist on a forum about sound winding technology. simply because he cannot utilize it correctly for himself and want to sell you something old that is easier to wind.. A high end custom hand winder should be able to offer you more than a conventional wye wound machine with 5 dolla bearings for EVERY APPLICATION not just his.. Is that all he knows????

GEE WIZ...

In America we will continue to pave the way for the hobbyist at the next level.

Was kann dein 4540 schwingen?

Ich bin sicher, all diese Leute würden gerne sehen, was du hast.

SDHC (Star Delta Hybrid connection)

It indicates that the 1st, 11th, 13th . . . order sta-tor MMF harmonics are eliminated in the 12s10p and 36s34pFSCW-PM machines, while the 5th, 7th, 17th, 19th . . . order MMF harmonics are cancelled out in the 24s22p and 48s46pones.

So for a 16 turn (8+8) YY in 17 AWG p650 is a minimum of 16.64mm^2 in the slot I would know I would need 28 turns in a DD for the same Kv. If one wants to run a parallel hybrid then you look at 19 or 20 AWG and you wrap 16 turns dd and 9 turns yy for a total of 26 turns and test it, If the Kv is higher thats good because you can reduce the turns and fit the 20 AWG. if you fit that you wont lose much in copper fill and you have the equivalent hybrid. You could also with a single serial hybrid wind and achieve similar results for the quieter running more efficient machine. There is also no reason a slot shielded 16 or 15 turn single layer wont easily compete with the conventional YY. You also get the higher Q inductance with more turns. The smaller diameter wire also rejects ac noise more so.

Lets see what it does before we listen to the inexperienced perps.

Hi,
This MEZON 80 in the attachment probably what AJ is running . I say that because His Hui Yang Proteus bi plane he designed and stands with in the advertisement is what is installed. I'd actually like to get the inverters and a contra drive on a torque cradle. I do know from calculator databases that some of the inverters in the JETI Mezon class have some of the lowest on resistances in class. Very low voltage drop across these units. I need to grab one and a few other of the brands these pilots predominately run to facilitate further development of the F3A powerplants.

I'll ask Brenner after he is done flying. I think the NATS carry on thru till the 22nd.

Brenner and Jonathan Mowrey are hanging in there.....lets see with the final results will be.
