    Hi,
This MEZON 80 in the attachment probably what AJ is running . I say that because His Hui Yang Proteus bi plane he designed and stands with in the advertisement is what is installed. I'd actually like to get the inverters and a contra drive on a torque cradle. I do know from calculator databases that some of the inverters in the JETI Mezon class have some of the lowest on resistances in class. Very low voltage drop across these units. I need to grab one and a few other of the brands these pilots predominately run to facilitate further development of the F3A powerplants.

I'll ask Brenner after he is done flying. I think the NATS carry on thru till the 22nd.

Brenner and Jonathan Mowrey are hanging in there.....lets see with the final results will be.

And btw Brenner the accomplished ME holds several patents

Now I really have to go to finish 2 more13 turn 650's for Mike Padrons TDR's. That makes 4 TDR's so far.. I have another 16 turn 650 to wind plus four 10 turn p600s. And I want them tested and out this week. I'm also on the grind for 12 hours while the kids play on their pc with no data.

    Hi Hugh,
Andrew said the Clugh competition pyro 650 saves him about 350mAh per P25 flight over the stock 650 Kontronik motor. Andrew's P25 flights typically use about 3500mAh. That's almost a 10% increase in efficiency. Andrew is very happy with your motor. He says 350mAh is equivalent to two more maneuvers, which would give him a significant advantage in the finals. He also wants you to look at an Egodrift motor he has. I'll pick it up this weekend. Alternatively, he could send it to you directly.

Based on the recorded constants the POCBOI wound 50 dollar swap meet motor had more power density that Dr Okon's 4225 or Christian 4125.which are both heavier machines.

I have the 41 calculations as well Itrs power density is even less than Dr Okons buddy.. It makes a little more torque than 4225 but its considerably heavier than the 4225...

I want you all to see.... They've known these numbers for quite some time and have been not even close to reporting the truth to you. but he is here to study what we do everyday.

He won't give you recorded constants on his hybrid claims but look at all the information he has sucked up here from me.. When his freinds ask why isnt he doing it he tells them none of the things work, While continuing to inquire about the winding from a full forum that knows zero about it.

Now I have things to do.

You all have a wunderful day.

    Is that so.....?

Here are the facts.... Click image for larger version Name:	shocked.gif Views:	0 Size:	542 Bytes ID:	430974

Bryan Hebert is going to offer a motor in the spring that will be very similar to the motor that Bert was making. He is going to get Hugh to custom wind Kontronik Pyro 600 motors so they perform as well as, or better, than Bert’s motors. I flew one of these motors all through 2024. They are the real deal. The motor that I flew was the most efficient motor that I have ever run with my V4.

The motor that Bryan is going to offer will have better quality, better reliability, and better performance than Bert’s motors for these reasons:

1/.. Hugh is going to hand wind each motor with a custom winding to get the maximum amount of copper into each motor. This will maximize power and efficiency.
2/.. Hugh is going to pot the windings with High Thermal Conductivity Potting Compound to increase heat transfer from the motor core, and prevent the wires in the winding from moving due to high magnet forces. This will prevent the winding from shorting out over time.
3/.. Hugh is going to replace the bearings in the motor with hybrid ceramic bearings to make the motor robust to high motor rpm
4/.. Hugh is going to have the bearings plated with Tungsten Disulfide Dry Lube, which will allow the bearings to run dry if the bearing grease dries up. This will extend the life of the motor bearings considerably.
5/.. Bryan will also swap out the motor shaft with an extended shaft for use with a V4 Contra Drive.

This motor should also be more robust to overheating:

1/.. Hugh will use wire for the windings that has polyamide insulation rated for 250C continuous temperature.
2/.. The magnets in the rotor will be rated for 150C
3/.. The Tungsten Disulfide Bearing Dry Lube is rated for 600C
4/.. The aforementioned potting compound used for the windings will improve thermal conduction from the core of the winding into the air gap between the stator and the rotor. This potting compound will be rated for 200C.

This will be a Contra V4 Motor that is able to deliver up to 3.8kW when used with 23” Falcon Contra Props. This is actually more power than is needed for F3A. The excess power is intended to be used in conjunction with a constant rpm D3 ESC to provide reserve power that the ESC can use to maintain constant speed through maneuvers

    Hi boy,
you have never show the 7 wind 1BOHO complete ? where is it ? and where was the engine measured by others who have nothing to do with you, such as Steve Neu?
So everyone can simply write down a few data just to show a high level of efficiency.
and who are we,“Since we lead in everyone.“ , the other Ralph Okon and Thomas Schmidt have already proven that they can wind top motors. But you haven't even installed a motor in a speed plane and none has run. and you pulled the data out of your fingers with a lot of imagination. So you're very far away from the leaders, rather at the very other end where it's called losers. Yes , also has an L at the beginning of the word . But we have a lot to laugh about you.
Have you already seen Ralph Okon's new sheet metal cut, the one with the flux barriers in the cut for SPS winding?

    Happy Amps Christian

Sie haben Crocoworld jetzt etwas aus der Ferne zu berichten.

    Team USA is #1

    Ich lache laut.

    Tschüss.

Schau dir deinen Freund in Bayern an, Dr. Okon.

I want the boys to put a large speed plane together that can hold the 5340 cobra frame. It has got so much room for advances terminations etc. Semi 6 phase machines, hybrids and Mutiple layers are all possible. 18- 20 s lipo is where we will go. But the development of a hybrid terminated PCB is the real ticket then you can just wind individual coils and a low loss PCB can serialize the connections. That way the 2 motors hybrid machine it very compact. As I've also said already, that we need to develop a few props. The pitches an aspect ratios have already been provided. What would be interesting is to see how well a pair of tough nylon/carbon fiber blades would hold up. You can print them with an advanced printer like Bambu labs flagship or a Carbon Method X. The dual headed method x is cool because it prints support material that dissolves away after the print by soaking it in water. .

I cant show you the direct drive contra files yet but I'm pretty sure because of the smaller wire size in the pancake machines that ill wind them with twisted pair Ag.

These machines probably cost 100-200 dollars more than the standard wind but they have lower resistance at the same size wire and superior heat dissipation. The price depends on the feet used and ill only wrap new iron because you cannot afford to waste alott. You have to re capture the excess Ag unless you are a fool. Its about 12 to 20 dollars a foot.

The Kontronics 650 I wind for Andrew Jesky has more copper than the factory black competition pyros. They cost 597 dollars plus shipping direct from Kontronics with a random winding with steel bearings an a thermal insulator to secure the wires.

I build a new AJ for 600,00 usd and it is more copper and uses upgraded materials. The 600 and 650 were deemed by Brenner Sharpe and AJ as the most efficient machines they've ever had. And of course I can wind motors I believe are even better within the application based on the actual inverters they run etc..

The Hybrids and slot wedged Single layers are definitely coming forth soon enough.
