A high end custom hand winder should be able to offer you more than a conventional wye wound machine with 5 dolla bearings for EVERY APPLICATION not just his.. Is that all he knows????

Er hat den Verstand verloren. Wenn Sie Ihren Wechselrichter nicht vollständig vor seinem Motor schützen, wird Ihre elektronische Drehzahlregelung zerstört.Er sagt, seins endet in einem Kabelsalat. Hast du noch etwas zum „American Super Motor“ zu sagen? Hast du schon Daten? Viele neue Mitglieder haben sich hier registriert, und viele sind misstrauisch, weil sie ihren Standort nicht angeben. Fast alle Mitglieder haben einen Standort. Das stört mich nicht, aber sei dir bewusst, dass es wahrscheinlich deine Freunde sind. Du solltest also dein Gesicht wahren, da du meine 22-poligen Stacks von Steve Neu erwähnt hast.

Hast du Daten zu Steilpropellern mit 12.000 U/min? Diese Flugzeugmotoren sind sehr leicht und haben einen Flussring und eine Aluminiumglocke. Sie sind deutlich leichter als deine Scorpions. Die beiden größeren haben die Größe 4638. Was kann dein 4540 schwingen? Ich weiß, dass der 14-kW-Neu-Motor genauso viel Drehmoment erzeugt wie deine 20-kW-Maschine. Sie haben Rechteckwellenleistung. Die PS- und Drehmomentwerte stimmen gut überein.

Ich bin sicher, all diese Leute würden gerne sehen, was du hast. Ich fahre für Weltmeister, genau wie du. Mein beruflicher Hintergrund liegt jedoch ausschließlich in der Elektronik.

So for a 16 turn (8+8) YY in 17 AWG p650 is a minimum of 16.64mm^2 in the slot I would know I would need 28 turns in a DD for the same Kv. If one wants to run a parallel hybrid then you look at 19 or 20 AWG and you wrap 16 turns dd and 9 turns yy for a total of 26 turns and test it, If the Kv is higher thats good because you can reduce the turns and fit the 20 AWG. if you fit that you wont lose much in copper fill and you have the equivalent hybrid. You could also with a single serial hybrid wind and achieve similar results for the quieter running more efficient machine. There is also no reason a slot shielded 16 or 15 turn single layer wont easily compete with the conventional YY. You also get the higher Q inductance with more turns. The smaller diameter wire also rejects ac noise more so.

Lets see what it does before we listen to the inexperienced perps.

This MEZON 80 in the attachment probably what AJ is running . I say that because His Hui Yang Proteus bi plane he designed and stands with in the advertisement is what is installed. I'd actually like to get the inverters and a contra drive on a torque cradle. I do know from calculator databases that some of the inverters in the JETI Mezon class have some of the lowest on resistances in class. Very low voltage drop across these units. I need to grab one and a few other of the brands these pilots predominately run to facilitate further development of the F3A powerplants.

I'll ask Brenner after he is done flying. I think the NATS carry on thru till the 22nd.

Brenner and Jonathan Mowrey are hanging in there.....lets see with the final results will be.

Now I really have to go to finish 2 more13 turn 650's for Mike Padrons TDR's. That makes 4 TDR's so far.. I have another 16 turn 650 to wind plus four 10 turn p600s. And I want them tested and out this week. I'm also on the grind for 12 hours while the kids play on their pc with no data.
